Burger King - Wrong order, dbl charge, rushed and poor customer service
Please read my complaint on the linked sites....this facebook page is made with attention to the maywood il store.....they won't listen so I'm hoping to get their attention.
There's a VA right across the street....they don't treat their large consumer base well. Twilight zone stuff, I'm telling you.
Some people have claimed discrimination, employees playing favorites and just the lack of attention to detail that hurts them on so many levels. As I talked to the drive thru lady, she would nod her head up and down and wouldn't even listen to what I was really saying.
Review about: Burger King Burger.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $14.
Preferred solution: When I'm directed to the survey, the list goes down the line...did they complete your order in timely fashion, with a smile, offer something on the menu, accurate order....so many things on the survey need to be taught to the employees..
I liked: Leaving.
I didn't like: Entire process.
