I went to the BK in Deer Run in Midlothian Va and just want to say that Cedric was very professional. At most drive thrus customers are pushed thru and you dont really feel like you are important. Cedric looked me in the eye ( instead of looking around while talking to me). He called me ma'am and apologized for waiting (all of 1 minute). He was a true gent and I think he will go far in the customer service business. Also he asked me of I want condiments and he remembered to put everything in bag. (Straw, napkins etc.) I enjoyed the experience and left there feeling good. Just thought I would write this cuz these kids who do a good job usually don't get noticed.

On Thursday 3-12-15 i visted the burger king on my lunch hour, i get out to go in there is a hand written note on the door stating "due to lack of staff the dinning area is closed, please visit our drive through." There were no cars in the lot none in the drive through. Many people in their lunch like to take that time to sit and relax while have their meal. This isnt the first problem ive encounterd with this one location. If your understaffed then you need the hiring manager to look into hiring more people to run this business. As a manager of a very busy truck stop i can say ive never had to close part of the business down due to lack of staffing. This is a very poor management issue. I will no longer be cisiting this location.

Burger King in Roanoke, Virginia - Meat on Veggie burger
I went to the Burger King on 16 Melrose Ave Roanoke, Va 24017.I ordered a veggie burger made like a Swiss burger with no meat.They put back on on it. I had to drive all the way back out there to get it fixed. I don't eat meat and this happens all of the time. I'mean tired of it , no matter which one I go to this happens and this is why I don't go to Burger King like I once did. It cost to much money for me to keep driving back out there to get a sandwich fixed, and when I get back I hear a cook have something smart to say. I understand they are upset but so am I. But I don't disrespect your employees and they should not disrespect me. I'm still a customer who paid there money. I use to really love Burger King. I was fenied my refund after being sold sloppy cold food. They did not give me what i payed for they would not refund me an was rude and said they will fix the problem to only serve me cold food again. Im seeking legal assistance against the company and their no refund policy.

Your complaint is so full of mistakes, I don't know how you can possibly have the nerve to criticize other people. Your first mistake is "too," it should be "to." It might have been a simple order, but sometimes those scanning machines do mess up, and it isn't always the cashier's fault.
Your second mistake was that IF you are a single Mom on a limited income, why were you bringing lunch to a friend? I have been in those shoes, and never bought a meal for anybody buy my own family. If you only have $47.00 until your next source of income, arrives, you should be saving it for anything unexpected that might come up. Exactly what is hervillains?
You have no way of knowing that she wasn't too busy to talk to you at the time you called. She could have had a vendor there, discussing prices, new menu items, etc. What does it mean when you say "who villains about having to get?" Why did you put exclamation points before !!Are you kidding me!! Which by the way there should be a question mark after a question.
Then why did you say I can't beli! then start a new paragraph with "v!e" You have a lot of nerve talking about somebody else's incompetence, when all thee errors in your complaint indicate that you have a fair amount of incompetence yourself.
Then you slip into using vulgarity. Some example you are setting for your kids.

Burger King in Virginia Beach, Virginia - Not your way at all.
How is it your way when you order and the screen is wrong. You tell the women over the speaker it is wrong and she argues with you that the screen is right for that is what you ordered. I Think I KNOW WHAT I FREAKING ORDERED. Burger King needs to change their catch phrase. Once I got to the window I told the women I am not paying for the combo I told her I did not order. She told me if I did not payi would not get my order at all. I explainded that I would pay for what I ordered and she needed to fix it. She continued to argue with me that I order a specific combo and that is what I was going to get. I will never go to Byrger King in The Denbigh area of Newport News, VA.

I order 3 of bk best,whoppers,and 2 reg.burgers ,and 1 fries,i payed a little over $15.00 for that and I live 1 mile from the rest.and my food was cold not even a little warm,and the fries had 6 fries in the pack nothing feel out in the bag either.It was late and i was not about to turn around and go back.I looked in the bag for the receipt to make a complaint but shh i didn't even get my receipt.I was so disappointed,I used to love BK and was really looking forward to eating that burger because I very seldom get to go.What a disappointment.I guess I want be returning.

I appreciate your concern, but not all diabetics are so out of control, they can’t have a normal meal, add in that I work a 12 hour shift and one was for before work and the other about 9 or 10 hours later in the break room then it isn’t so bad, now if they serve rat meat then of course it’s bad for anybody. But still if I did like rat meat then I’d still expect better service.

Me and my family went to this place, and strangely this is the most terrible Burger King chain I'd ever been. I had to clean our own table and chairs. I remember there were only 2 tables occupied including ours. The rest of the tables has used napkins, ketchup smudges, burger crumbs. And the employees were just behind the counter, engaged in their personal conversation,won't even show a smile with the customers. I even have the picture of the ketchup counter with used napkins around it. It happened May 11, 2008 around 6pm. I'll try to check them back next week, and see if there's any improvement. ***

I lived in Newport News...you're brave to order food at any fast food establishment out there! McDonald's re-dates their.salads, so they don't lose money, BK serves garbage, Hardees isn't great either...I worked in McDonald's. That would be how.I know about their salads...they also hire people who.don't know what they're doing and don't train them...
