I visited the burger king at 401 lincolin trail and had a bad experience with the manager whom name was arlinda burton this was the week-end of the 14th of march she was very rude to me and she appeared to have had a nasty attitude, i am a customer who have visited burger king several times and when she wasn't their things was so much better the employee have started a lot of horse playing and not paying attention to their customers, nor their needs. but what can i say when the manager is as rude as the employee the manager arlinda was very snappy with the employee as well as the customers i don't see how she ever made manager because her attitude is very nasty I will not be visiting their anytime soon.

Burger King isn't going to see your complaint on this site. This is a general complaint site.

Attitude has nothing to do with whether or not a person makes manager. Their management abilities is what counts. They have a lot more to do than just have a pleasant attitude. You were so upset about the poor service that you waited more than a week to complain about it.

When most people are upset about something they complain right away.

If you think working in fast food is so easy, maybe you should consider getting a job in the field and see just how easy it is and then do some complaining because when the employees have a little lull in business, they have some fun in the store. Instead of worrying about other people's behavior, you should go back to school and learn how to use proper grammar, spelling, and capitalization.
