Don't go to Burger King, there are plenty of better choices. You can't spell Bankrupt without BK.

I think the company will be gone soon. They are clueless.

High prices low quality. Eat somewhere else.

I tried to utilize my app at the restaurant drive-thru with a $3 promo for mini Cinnabon and coffee, and an additional order for 2 for $3 French toast sticks. I informed them I wanted the points and offer, although I wasn't really familiar with using the scan at the restaurant QR code.

Everything seemed to be done okay until I had to pay, and I noticed there was a $2 additional charge. When I got my receipt, I noticed the teller never applied the promo I was requesting at the speaker, and I waited at the window to address it, but he walked off after acknowledging me. So I drove to the second window, where I was met by the same male individual. I addressed the issue, and he simply said, 'Nah, nah, I can't do that.' This was his mistake, and I got denied the correction request and was told, 'I can keep the coffee if you don't want it, but the charges are already in.' So basically, if I didn't take the food, I still wasn't getting any refund.

It was a $2 overcharge, and instead of correcting it or refunding, I was denied both, basically because they made the meal.

When complaining on the app chat, it froze, and when I called, I got hung up on. I would like to request a full refund based on service forcing me to accept their mistake and unwillingness to correct it.

Cold Food

Horrible app customer service.

When there is a problem with your order and you placed it in the app, management will tell you, 'You have to contact customer service in the app,' and there is nothing they can do to fix your order or make it right. Then the customer service in the app will only provide you with rewards points or coupons, which is absurd.

The fact that management can't step in to fix a problem is ridiculous. Sometimes they run out of an item, and they can't refund you because of the stupid app.

Half the time, they don't even give you an offer that is the same value as the mistake. Stop trying to take advantage of people using this app and correct the problem, or allow the store the ability to fix the issue.

Fake cash handed from register

My attorney is involved in this matter. *** tried to rip me off.

The cashier at Burger King handed me a fake $5 bill.

As I was putting the money in my wallet, I noticed it was fake. I immediately took it back to the cashier and they said there was nothing they could do even after I asked if they could run the camera back.

I walked into the Burger King at 2002 50 th to eat I was wanted to use the Burger King rewards app because I had a free chicken sandwich on it with a 3.00 purchase. I told him I wanted the number 1 the whooper meal .

And was trying to give him the code on the rewards I accepted it on the app and proceeded to give him the code he told me it wasnt going through so I gave it to him again then he kept telling me it wasnt going through.

He got very angry at me and demanded I leave the store asap telling me I had a bad attitude that he didnt care if i wanted food because he was the general manager of the restaurant. I work for taco villa and at all times we have proper uniforms on he was wearing a due rag on his head , a black hoodie with the devil and skeletons

Poor menu online

Several times at different BKs, I have tried to order online for pickup. Many times, items on the specific menu for the location aren't even available, but I don't know until after I order and try to pick up what I ordered. This has happened many times, and employees always just shrug their shoulders and say, 'We don't set up the menu!' I would think that someone at [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] could take the time to make sure the menu is correct, but maybe you don't care about customer service!

43081. ****** Told store number was invalid.

Tried to call No Luck! I have all my information on my receipt.

Food was Cold Fries were Cold served was UNHAPPY CAMPER!!!

Threats over asking for sauce

The young lady or young man) manager is very rude . But I was charged for a sauce which I understand but the sauce did not get put into my bags so I had to turn around and get some .

I made a statement and walked out the manager cursed at me and threatened me thru the driveway window. Im ready to inform the police of the threats

A complaint on a store and [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA]

Bad service at store 049.. rude service...

Order was made wrong. But didnt notice it till I are part of it. So when I took it back and told them they argued about it and refused to fix it. So because I had already eaten part of the burger, they made only half a burger .

I spent 20 dollars on this meal for my wife and I. I see why your stores have problems . I wont be back to any Burger King again .

The assistant manager did not want to give me my money back. She smarted off about this and when I mentioned no one answered the phone.

She said it did not work. The phone should be fixed for future calls.

My husband and I ate at Harvard Burger King yesterday. Never so disappointed.

For 24.22 dollars, we waited 20 minutes for our food. When we got it, my burger was wrong. Even though the receipt said only ketchup and lettuce, I was blessed with tomatoes on it. When I bit into it, it was ice cold.

The container also had a loose piece of cardboard in it. Needless to say, it went in the garbage. My fries were good. My husband's sandwich was also ice cold.

He ordered large onion rings and only got 5.

This was at the [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA], IL Burger King, Store #25638. Normally, I don't complain, but this is ridiculous.

Bad service and DEI help

A few months back I had all my military hat and I was told which I never knew that I could get a discount for being in the military and I said thank you. I didnt know that. A few days later I came back through again and I asked for a military discount and was told they didnt offer them. But I got up to the window to get my food, a large, nasty looking white woman with tattoos all over her studs in her nose and ears informed me in her opinion veterans and military did not deserve any discount really today May 1.

I ordered some food which at that time there was five cars in line and I was the last one it took over five minutes to get to the window to pay. While waiting all the cars got served and left five minutes later they were still just looking at me through the window, which apparently someone was training the cashier I finally just had to drive off.

It was over 10 minutes. Are you sure that Burger King is a fast food restaurant?
