Nasty | Burger King review from Rock Hill, New York

Representative refused to change my order stating that she couldnt. So I cancelled order in tbe drivethru and left. She was the shift manger. Had previous run in with her where she lost my credit card and I had to call police in irder to look for it and also the manager had to be called at home.

Customer service mangers at the locations I visit are rude 90% of the time and Ive waited almost 2+ hours and still counting for a manager to get a toy my 2 year old happen to lose under the locked gate part. I had 5 different people over the past three hours ask her to help us for them to receive an addittude and told to wait for her. Now Ive been on hold waiting for the cooperate office to talk to me for the past 30 minutes and Im still waiting till God knows when. I spend hours a week here and tons of money to be disrespected and ignored. Heres part of my receipt for proof of the time I asked for the managers help my phone right now says 7:28pm and Im still being ignored and mistreated.

Perhaps a little info will help. They precook their patties.

So the people got their food BEFORE you because the cook worked on their order while YOURS was cooking. Kinda *** of you to blast them for actually being efficient. So you had to wait, not the end of the world. Maybe slow down a bit because LIFE IS NOT A WEBSITE!!

It doesn’t happen at internet speeds. Things take time to happen, such as COOKING YOUR FOOD!!

15 mins isnt long considering you were probably on your phone anyways. You’re just mad that someone got their stuff BEFORE you did and in your mind this is some sort of personal attack because YOU HAD TO WAIT!!
