I pulled up at Burger King on Pipestone in Benton Harbor at 12:44a. After I sat at the microphone for so long I pulled up to the window. A young came to the window and explained they were closed. I then asked for my future reference what time did they close, and she replied 1a. I replied and said, " but it's not 1 yet!" She then walked off rudely and never was in sight again from the drive thru window view. I find this very unprofessional, very rude, and disrespectful. Without the customers you will not have a job.

Details
App GPS sent my order to the restaurant on the other side of the highway. Would have been a 10 mile drive to loop around. Have made 5 calls to the helpline to get a refund, but the refund has never processed, the only result has been repeated no reply box emails apologizing for the inconvenience but no refund. No one on the service line can take care of the refund, and there is no way to directly contact the refund department. A complete runaround and avoidance of responsibility. The wrist app and worst service of all the major chains. A huge disappointment. Do not see myself returning to the BK brand anytime soon.

You should have just pulled over to the side of the highway and raced across the traffic and jumped over the road divider like Flash Gordon. I have done stuff like that many times on my hitch-hiking adventures. Then you could have got your food and then raced back across the lanes of speeding traffic and gotten back in your vehicle and driven away.

You should specifically ask for your fries without salt next time. That way they will have to make up a fresh batch just for you, and they will be pipin' hot to boot.

20 piece chicken nugget was on sale. Not their regular sign... large one. When I got to the drive in they wouldn't honor the sale price. To me... I believe it their sign posted a price they should honor it. I tried 2 different days to call corporate and complain. Both days I waited on hold over 30 minutes with no one answering. Just not my type of place.
