The store 2150 is very disappointing the managers are as bad as the employees..you can expect about a 20 minute wait the one female Jess was loudly talking about how the manager who changed her shift from the *** shift to mornings was just gonna have to deal with her being late because her mental clock isnt gonna be adjusted..and the whole time you can see shes spitting all over the wraps and breakfast sandwiches shes making they all look like they are on drugs and on top of being insanely slow theyre rude if you ask how much longer until you order is complete..you will stand there long enough for your ice to start melting in your drink..and that isnt even during the busy rush..they talk way more then they work the one manager allowed this individual to be loud cuss talk bad about her superiors practically get into a almost fight with another customer infront of customers with their small children while they stood by and did nothing this experience is not worth the money or headaches how anyone could eat from this place is beyond me this place is crazy And they have a low C for food and sanitation rating

Hello,
I purchased a burger at Burger King on Tunnel Road in Asheville on Tue, Feb 20. When I got home a began to eat it and when I got around 2/3 way through it I saw there was a piece of paper embedded in the burger.
I was working that evening at home so did not have time to take it back. The next (around 24 hrs later) I went to the restaurant and was treated with disrespect by the manager who said there was nothing she could do since I did not bring it back the same day. Another employee who was nearby when I opened the burger to show the manager, said, "Well mam, you ate it, didn't you?" I told her that I did not see the paper until I got most of the way through the burger. The manager went to call someone and came back the counter and said there is nothing she can do since I ate most of it.
This was beyond my belief that they would not even offer credit (which I would not take since I won't ever eat at Burger King again), or that they would not at least refund me for my meal.
I do have pictures of the burger with paper inside if you would like to see them. The least you could do is offer me a refund for my meal, and I have the receipt saved.

3/2/24 order # 47 and i will never return or encourage anyone else too either. The woman working the drive through was the rudest, nastiness, meanest person I have encountered in a drive through in a long time.
Maybe ever. The first time i encounterd her, I chalked it up to "maybe she is having a bad day." Today was the second and last time.
Inspite of me smiling and thanking her, she shoved my bag at me, rolled her eyes and shut the window without a word. I dont expect that anything will become of this, but this is not acceptable.

Not being able to redeem my rewards from my receipt. An employee flat out told me *** That, I'm Not Giving You *** because I didn't have the other receipt with it.
However, being an expedited receipt or not, it still allowed me to go on line and do the survey. I got the code and wrote it on the paper as instructed and tried receiving my offer. But for some strange reason, this guy or whatever, starts yelling at me for no reason. I didn't yell back, I just kept cool because I want his job to be taken.
Not only that, but he was overly flagrant with his female mannerisms which made me feel as though I was being attacked by this person and super uncomfortable due to certain rights I don't have to lash back. I didn't get my food or rewards and now I feel like Burger King is scamming people with those fake receipts.
Either that or Burger King should teach their Smart Employees how to read receipts and know what they're company is offering the public. I still want my food and if I have to go slander that Place I will with no regards to anyone's sexual preference or mental disorders...I Promise On This

Myself and boyfriend paid for an order online and when we got inside, I told him that we wanted to order some more food. All he did was hand receipt and walked away, and then the rest of the time we got ignored.
There was other people in the lobby and all their orders were wrong. There was only two people working and had about 10+ cars in the drive-through and thats the only people that they were waiting on and then they would give someone in the lobby the rest of their order after a 10-15 minute wait. I waited about 30 minutes before I said what about me can I get a refund and I got ignored and then when I asked again they told me they couldnt do it so then I asked the guy who was cooking , apparently who was the manager and he told me how would I come back here and do my job I aint got time for you lady. So I stood there and I stated that he could have at least gave me my refund and he said he couldnt and didnt have time for me so I never got it.
So I stood there approximately an hour, and the guy started yelling at me and came out and told the other guy to ignore Karen - I yelled back at him and told him that I was a person, a human being, and a customer, and he didnt care what I had to say. I left there with no refund & no food.
I am going to get the police involved for theft, and for being treated the way I was, and for the fact that the guy just simply told me that he aint got time for me as he waited on every single person in the lobby and all the drive-through people and still wouldnt even look at me. And I told him all you had to do was make my order or give me a refund and I was still ignored - so I left .

On 12-30-23, I made the mistake of going to the Burger King on Wal Mart Drive, North Versailles, PA. to buy an Impossible Whooper!
At 6:30 PM, I entered the building which was dirty, filthy and nasty, the mens restroom was no better. I placed an order at the kiosk, after 15 minutes, I was told that I had to wait a little longer. I waited and waited, while I was waiting an employee, a young female (allegedly) manager was standing behind the counter, she opened up her cell phone and began having a private conversation while in front of me. The female employee was loud and had a nasty mouth just like the building.
She used every cuss word in the book from the N-word to the F-word, this went on for about 4 minutes. Around 7:13 PM (45 minutes later), I was handed my IW to go in a bag. I opened the bag to check my order, it was not what I ordered. I immediately asked for a refund.
The manager refunded my money and did not try to accommodate me for the company's mistake. At 7:18 PM, I walked out of Burger King shaking my head. If you're a Hip Hopper or B Bopper this is the place for you, put it on your list. Burger King does not care about customer service!
I will never patronize this Burger King as long as I live. They don't deserve my business. The sad thing about this experience, I filed a complaint with the Burger King Headquarters, and they have not responded back to me. Sad, very sad!

We drove from Ellabell to Pooler Georgia just to go to Burger King which was a 30-minute drive because we've been seeing Burger King advertised them 3 sandwiches on TV for the past week. Placed an online order to pick up at counter in restaurant was closed!
When my fiancé got back with order, It was AWFUL! Was missing the Whopper, The Impossible whopper was cold, crushed with burnt meat and soggy! The chicken Junior sandwich was crushed cold, the Whopper Jr was soggy dripping and crushed! The only one item out of the whole order that you see in the pictures that was okay besides being cold what is the chicken nuggets!
And to think my fiancé was going to Pembroke which 10 minutes down the road to get me a Chick-fil-A sandwich today but instead of Chick-fil-A I was wanting to try the bacon melt that Burger King has been advertising on TV that looks delicious, yeah okay don't be fool folks!
And Burger King says have it your way, I don't think so! My order was all the wrong way, and they don't rule!

No one answer from this company!!!They don't respect them customers
I was on 9th November at lunch time in the Burger king in Castelldefels near Barcelona and its the first time I see so bad quality of brugers
I come regularly in eat very often in your fast food on motorway, airport, cities but today was disgusting.
I made a first order and the french fries was not enough cooked and the burger was cold event the cheese didnt melted
I order a second burger the meat was a little bit more warm but the taste was horrible and cook too much (was really dark brown outside).
I sent few emails in Spain and nobody answer me...
Where I need to send an email or feel a form to complain officially ?
I was obliged to go to KFC to eat sometime just after this KFC was just at 50 meters and was clean to compare the Burger King where the tables were dirty and there were lots of flies!

The manger was so rude that I ask for a refund and she told me no because she dont have to give me a refund.
I placed my order with the casher(Evans) and I told her I want it off the grill. I then proceeded to watch then cook behind the counter and she ask me what was I looking for.
I told her that I wanted to make sure it was off the grill because my last visit the burger was cold she then proceeded to say to me thats what they all say.
I told her she can give me a refund and she told me that she do t have to do nothing.
Then she said if I felt that I needed to watch them why come back.
I told her she does not have to worry because I wont be back anymore. She that she wont loose no sleep.
The the confrontation got worse with the both of us yelling over the counter in front of other customers.
