Just updating that as of today according to this site BK has not read my complaint and still has not contacted me.. I have tried several times to speak to the corporate office but only get a recording and not voice mail.. Welcome to our customer service this day and age !!!!!
It has not went a place.. No one fromBK has phoned me or anything except the fact that here it is Sunday I get and email they were by passing my complaint ..

Afer about 30 mins it was now time for me to get my order. I handed the girls the loose correct change and a 20 which was all that I had. She took it then came back to me and said she couldnt accept the 20 because one corner had been repaired with tape. I explained it was all I had..
She then checked with the manager and came back and said she could not take it. and asked if I didn't have any other bills to pay with.. One moe time I said no and was told that she could not accept it. After I got the thing back I looked closely at it and the corner had never been seperated totally but had a small tear in it and a piece of tape was over it.
After about thirty minutes I had to leave empty handed. And very disappointed as well..
I frequent that location a lot because the food seems to be hot and fresh and not greasy. Later today I called there and just asked about a corporate office phone number and the guy said he was by hs self and didnt know a main office number.
So with all being said I guess I will have to find somewhere else for a breakfast crosiant or a Burger at lunch

My BK survey
Sunday, 04/13 in the a.m., I purchased a 2 for $5 croissantwhich & a cheeseburger for breakfast. When I got home the cheeseburger was a soggy croissant w/ a sausage patty on it.
I noticed the survey on the bottom of the receipt so I did the survey and explained the issue w/the so called cheeseburger. Tues the 15th, appx 3p.m., I went to the BK located at 1730 North Ave, Grand Junction, CO and tried to redeem my receipt with the validation code on it. Not only was I at the register for a good 10+ minutes while the young lady ran back and forth trying to figure out how to do it, when the person came from the back she told me to get the free Whopper I had to purchase a drink and fries. No where on the survey site did I see any mention of this.
I ended up just leaving, rather frustrated after having been at the register for so long only to be told, "I can't just give you a free Whopper!!!", and not in a very customer service oriented manner, in any way shape or form.
This is the 4th time I've had issues at this location, the other 3 times being incorrect items on my order. I really like BK burgers, use the app frequently & have Walmart+, but it appears to me that going to this location is more trouble than it's worth.

Very unhappy with the service and the food I was served, and then I was hung up on three times when I called to speak with the site about it. I'm about to get in touch with the BBB.

I need somebody from Customer Service give me a call back immediately because Ive been trying to get a hold of somebody to deal with my issue at your Burger King in the Colorado Springs area 2404 Store) number that is refusing to give me a refund of my order that I did not receive because Somebody received my order through DoorDash and took some food out of it and I lost $51 and some change worth of my money so thats why I am requesting a full refund

About an hour ago I ate at a bk in arizona. I ordered a cheeseburger NO pickles, add onions, medium meal.
This is important because I'm allergic to pickles. As I waited, I looked at the receipt and the order was correct, NO pickles. I got my food, sat down, took a bite and ate a small portion of a pickle. Thank god I realized before I ate more.
My mouth is itchy but nothing to bring me to the e.r.

This could have ended up a lot worse than it did. Oh and they weren't even busy!

My husband and I stopped to get some lunch at the Auburn Way South and 2nd ave.Burger King in Auburn WA 98002
I went into the store to order. There was a young man that came up to the front counter to take my order. He was polite and helpful. He did seemed stressed though. I had asked for two sweet and sour sauces at the time he took my order, and he answered, yes, no problem. I then could here another female employee who seemed to be agitated and yelling at the other employees. I continue to go outside to return my purse to the vehicle and tell my husband that they had dropped the onion rings so it would be a few minutes. When I went back in the store, the lady that had been yelling at the other employees was at the front counter yelling my order out into the dining room. I waved my hands and said, that was mine. I went up to the counter and noticed that the sauces were not in the bag. So I asked her politely if I could get the sauces that I had asked for. And she completely ignore me. At that time my husband came up behind me and was waiting with me for some type of response from her or anyone else. I had to ask again and again was ignored. She continued to expedite orders to the drive center. Although they didn't seem that busy. She seemed to be very agitated with her employees.
Finally she turned to my husband and I and Snapped at us, What do you want?! I was surprised she spoke to us that way. I explained that I had asked for two sweet and sour at the counter when I ordered and they were not in the bag.
She then snapped at me again and said, You can have one because you only ordered one fry! And through one sauce into my bag.
My husband said, wow how rude can you be? I asked for her name.
She said, Angie. At this time I was very upset and told her she shouldn't be in costumer service because she was a total ***
She responded, Ya, but I make a good *** And continued to yell at my husband and I as we were exiting the store and told us to never come back!
We were both so shocked first, that she acted that way. But, for us as customers to be so disrespected was completely not ok! The rest of the employees working seemed scared and embarrassed.
We both certainly hope that you will follow up with the situation. I myself was a general manager for Burger King for several years in my younger years. And I know for a fact that this is not who you want representing your restaurants. Thank you for your time. Sincerely Jennifer and Dennis

Had some coupons and I was told I couldnt use more than one. I went inside because , I usually can use more than one coupon.
The lady, Hilda , was rude and even called another member who told her, she could take more than one coupon. She still didnt want to.
Im very disappointed that they can pick and choose what the want to do. Its frustrating I do volunteer work at an elementary school and was picking up lunch for some teachers, which unfortunately, they did not get.This lady was very condescending.i was only able to get the order without the coupon.

Not only was my order wrong for the last two days, but it was also short some items. I haven't been able to get in touch with a human at all regarding the issue.
All the email correspondence only offered me coupons, so now I'm out of $40 and food. I'm very disappointed as a customer, especially being pregnant and trying to feed a teenager.

Have a coupon for a free Whopper that requires a store number that is not present on my receipt. I have spent over an hour attempting to do something as simple as get the store number that one would have to believe is top secret after all the frustration with AI (alternative idiots).

Don't I ate at the same location the night prior. It was amazing.
The very next day, it was like they used the leftovers. Brown lettuce, stale bread, reheated meat. It was not edible. I tried to return it to two locations and was told I had to go through the app for a refund.
