Every single time I am told to pull away from the window so they can meet their window time demands. I would understand if there's a line up, but when I am the only one in line, why pull away? This location is never busy but always demands that the customer pull away to meet their expectations.

I can't even speak to a representative. in the corporate office, I'm very upset. I had to return my food twice yesterday and got no service on my food. I basically had to go return, return my food just to get it warmed up.
I was told by the manager working that day that I could just come in and get a refund; that it would be easy to give me a refund because I did not use a card. I had cash. I went in there today, a day later, because I was not going to turn around and drive 30 minutes back after I'd already gone in there twice.
so I went in today this morning for them to tell me, oh, we can't do anything unless you bring in the food or a receipt. mind you, I had my receipt, but the workers there threw it away the first time I came and brought my food in.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. I had an opportunity to speak with the actual store manager, who did apologize and offered me a sandwich to substitute. I was satisfied with that resolution.
Second I went through your drive through at ***#*** on *** in ***, ***. My order number was 73. From the start the customer service rep was rude. I asked her how do I get the free breakfast item of the day with a $3.00 order and she told me without a code it is what it is.
Because there was no code that was OK, i decided to pay for it and ordered two French toast five piece combos, the supposedly free breakfast item of the day of a three-piece French toast item and a maple bacon candied croissant sandwich combo. My total was $29.50. Because it took so long to get the food and there was a line of people behind me when she gave me the order in a little bitty bag all crammed together. I didnt want to hold up the line checking the bag.
I asked was everything in there she said yes so I assumed it meant I didnt need to wait for anything else, and I went around to the front of the Burger King restaurant and I checked my bag. I had no sandwich in the bag. I came back around and waited patiently in the drive-through behind 4 other cars because she said to come back to the window. When I got back to the window and I told her I didnt get my sandwich.
She then said I didnt order the sandwich. I stated yes, I did because I upgraded all three combos to the three orange juices, but that I didnt have a receipt as she never gave me the receipt from the start. She then realized she didnt give it to me and she said I didnt order it. I said yes I did order it.
Its on the receipt. She found it through the register and read it off to me, and it clearly included the sandwich as I didnt pay $29 for two French toast five piece combos. When I said theres a sandwich you just read it off she then said I need your bag back to verify and I said Im not giving you the bag back to dig your hand through my food that I have to take home I dont have to lie about a seven dollar sandwich. She then told me there was nothing she could do and she didnt give a *** if I got the sandwich or not.
I told her this is how you talk to your customers. I asked to speak to the manager. She told me she was a manager, and there was nothing that was going to be done if I didnt give her the bag and I said Im still not gonna give you the bag. I had someone who was on the phone with me who heard the conversation and was appalled that someone representing your organization was cussing and using the type of profanity that she was using.
I left. I came back to get her name so I made sure to identify the so-called correct manager, she ignored me told me I could wait and would not give me her name. I can tell you that she had a necklace around her neck with the initial B it looked like around it. I plan to dispute this order through my credit card company, but I want to let you know the type of people you have representing your establishment.
Because I didnt get my sandwich from there I ended up going to McDonalds and the whole customer service experience was a full 180. They were polite, they acknowledged me my name, etc. total different experience. For the most part, I have not had too many issues with this particular restaurant.
The one time I did have an issue the manager that was on duty was very polite presented. Great customer service skills and corrected with no problem. However, this so-called manager that you had who was working the drive-through on March 11 at 8:37 AM definitely was not proper management material and she didnt seem to care at all. My contact information is *** and my name is *** if someone would like to contact me in regards to this.
It is a matter of principle that I will dispute it through my credit card.
I dont have a problem paying for food I received, but I dont need to lie about a seven dollar sandwich. Thank you.

I went to [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] in [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] on [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] by Beyoglu entrance near a famous old church on Saturday, May 30th, 2026, at around 22:15 PM. My wife wanted to buy an ice cream, which had to be done outside.
They have two ice cream windows, with only one of them open, and there was a very long line waiting to get served, at least 15 people in front of my wife and only one member of staff trying to serve customers and deal with the long line. I therefore went inside to try to get the manager in order for him to be made aware of the issue and to try to get him to deal with the issue and make an improvement. The manager came, but instead of listening to me, he went towards me and pushed me out towards the entrance, and he threatened me and gestured that he would beat me up. Outside, I then was threatened by some of his friends who were standing outside smoking with the manager.
The manager's friend told me I deserved to be beaten up. I was calling the police at this point in time. It seems impossible to make a complaint; you will be threatened instead and won't be able to complain; they just gang up against a customer, and he pointed out that I am the bad person. The only thing that I said was that this one employee at the ice cream window was stressing out and he needed extra help as there was a long line.
The manager said this is normal in [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA]. I told him that this was not American Burger King standard.
I felt discriminated against and humiliated in front of my wife, and these people that run Burger King seem to have the wrong personality, unfortunately. I thank you for your support with the above issue and look forward to an improvement in the Burger King Türkiye Istanbul customer service.

He was told NO.
This Burger King has had people there that never want to do their job and treat costumers like dirt.

Yesterday, May 24th, my wife and I stopped in at the 415 Home Drive restaurant located at the [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA]. I can positively say that it was the worst dining experience that my wife and I have ever had.
Our first problem was that it took nearly 10 minutes before someone came out front to take our order. From there it only got worse. The employee working out front finished her shift and left. That only left one employee remaining out front, and he was only dealing with drive-thru patrons.
Time continued on where additional customers came in and they had difficult times trying to place their orders. Meanwhile, the man out front was having problems with the drive-thru orders not being properly prepared. Another 15 -20 minutes went by and none of us customers were told why everything was being delayed, not even providing drinking cups for us to at least be able to get our beverages. Ultimately it took 42 minutes until my wife and I got our food.
We then tried to get our beverages and several drink choices were empty. For a fast food restaurant this is totally unaccessible! Other patrons were experiencing the same problems that we had. One lady came in to talk with the manager about sitting in the drive-through for 20 minutes and no one would respond to her through the speaker.
The manager would not come out front to speak with her, only loudly responding from the back. The lady was so frustrated that she asked for her money back, and the manager told her that she will just have to wait because they were having "meat problems". Whatever that meant. Additional concerns were that the floor was very slippery (needing mopped), mens rest room was filthy, and most tables were dirty.
I can assure you that we will never visit this restaurant again. I sure hope that this email doesn't fall upon "deaf ears" and corrective actions will be taken to resolve these problems.

For years, I always chose Burger King to satisfy my burger hunger until about 2015. When the pandemic hit, I stopped completely.
The quality of the food and the prep elevated to horrible. Recently, I noticed some changes being made at Burger King, and I decided to try it again. Now it is hit and miss. One day, the Whopper is fresh, the meat is juicy, and the fries are cooked to perfection.
The next time, the lettuce is wilted, the tomatoes are runny, and the fries are cold and soggy.
Burger King, you need to do more than change the packaging. Pay attention to the quality of the food you are allowing to be served out the door. Your product is good, but your quality control is failing.
I can remember the smell of flame grilling. It always attracted me. That's a smell I never experience now. Quit grilling all the meat in the early morning and letting it set and dry out.
Keep the veggies iced and fresh, and cook the French fries golden brown. It's all about quality control. Tell your employees, don't roll food out of my kitchen that you are not prepared to eat. Send a mystery shopper out every now and then and catch the proprietors only interested in the money.
Catch the lazy worker that doesn't care about the quality and fire the shift supervisor that allows poor quality to represent your business. I know times are hard, but if you don't pay attention, you will be out of business.

On Saturday, May 23, 2026 at approximately 12:40 PM my wife and I entered the Burger King located at [STREET_ADDRESS]
I entered first and held the door for my wife. After walking across the black rubber mat in the foyer, I immediately slipped on the tile floor and landed heavily on my left side.
Hip, knee, elbow and shoulder. The pain was quite intense.
After gaining my composure, I washed up and proceeded to speak with the girl at the front counter, reporting the fall. I gave her my information and she proceeded to call someone, saying she was calling her manager to inform them of the incident. We then ordered our lunch and sat at a booth to eat.
While eating, we decided we should make an official report, so we called the Flemington Police Department.
Two officers responded and took down my information and the account of what transpired. While talking with Police, three other customers came in over the next 5 minutes or so...each one slipped yet did not fall.
The Officers and I went out into the foyer to look at the scene. There was some water on the floor and it looked as though there were also "swirl" marks on some of the dry areas, from what I assume were made by a mop. The "swirl" marks seemed to indicate a slight coating over the ceramic tile - perhaps grease or a cleaning product.
I truly believe whatever this substance was, when water was added, definitely increased the slipperiness of the floor.
The two officers also noticed the residue on the floor and spoke with young lady at the counter, asking if she could put something on the floor that would absorb the water from people's feet. As stated - there was not a rug or runner on the floor only a rubber mat.
As the pain was debilitating, I decided to seek medical care on Monday, May 25, 2026 at a local Urgent Care facility.
I am still in a lot of pain and had a rough time at work today due to the injuries.

I visited the only Burger King in [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] on [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] yesterday. I counted 7 people behind the counter and not a single one acknowledged our presence; not an "hello", not a "we'll be right with you", nothing.
Three staff were directly at the counter, and the rest were behind the counter working. I believe that your training of management and then staff needs a serious overhaul in customer service. There was no one person that could be clearly identified as the manager on duty and quite frankly I hesitate to bring this kind of complaint to their direct attention as I don't know if someone will spit on my food. As it was, I had to reassemble my whopper - the burger was off the bun, and the pickles and tomatoes were all in one place.
But at least the food was warm. Now seriously: Your training needs to emphasize CUSTOMER SERVICE, with a SMILE! Acknowledge the customer, after all, without customers- they wouldn't have their job. My receipt did not have the store number, etc.

It doesn’t matter if every order that day was wrong or no order was wrong. The only order that matters is YOURS and the food that needed returned to get a refund.
Ok so you explained why you did not have the receipt, where was the uneaten food that qualified you for a refund?
They lied, they either ate the food or never ordered any food. Either way they want free food and feel the need to lie to get free food.
