Cold food, missing nuggets, soda machine barely works, smells, dirty tables, unprofessional staff shouting. It's kaotic unpleasant experience especially when eating.

Maybe next time you should try eating at a free meal place, like the Salvation Army or a Soup Kitchen. The food and the atmosphere couldn't be any worse, and it would all be free of charge to you. And maybe you would even meet some really cool new friends over there as well.

Despite the fact that I posted a complaint re: my local Burger King, I can appreciate your stance. There is no denying that some "pissed consumers" are basically ready-to rumble at any given time about anything / everything that crosses their path...

seeming to enjoy posting negative YELP reviews and on sites like pissedconsumer.com. If one is interested in supporting local businesses then it would behoove us all to choose our words carefully and ease up on all of the negativity - bad reviews can literally destroy a business. Allow local biz's the opportunity to make things right. That said, we received uncooked / raw on the edges Whoppers recently and got really sick as a result.

Burger King HQ has yet to respond since reporting the food poisoning incident almost a month ago (even after continued attempts to reach-out to them). Uncooked meat is unacceptable.

Food poisoning is unacceptable. Lackluster and dismissive customer service is unacceptable.

Burger King review in Scranton, Pennsylvania: Not a double cheeseburger

Using 1 slice of cheese makes this a cheeseburger and a burger combo. Double cheeseburgers were always my favorite! That means 2 separate cheeseburgers! Im not paying extra for something that is already in the description!

Actually, I miss the days when I used to go to my local Burger King and get my delicious double whopper meals. But over time they just kept getting worse and worse, till ultimately, I just stopped going there because the food was real gross every time.

I WANT THE OLD BURGER KING BACK! The New Burger King Is Gross! Maybe the company should pay their employees more money and quit being greedy and keeping most of the OBSCENE PROFITS to themselves. Please Bring Back The Old Burger-King.

THANKYOUVERYMUCH! Bring back meals that would BE FIT FOR A KING to eat like they used to have in the old days!

Burger King Cashier Review from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

I went to Burger King, (castor ave. Philadelphia, PA 19149) on June 28, 2016. We were waiting at the drive thru for 10 minutes and there was no respond. After waiting for so long, we decided to just leave. As we slowly pull off, the customer behind us pull up to the machine and that's when the girl decided to respond! That drive thru employee was so unprofessional, ignorant, and disrespectful. She completely ignored us and made us waited stupidly. I don't know what is her problem, but it is so unprofessional if you dislike/judge a customer for NO reason and decided not to take their order. She needs to be fired.

Burger King review in Scranton, Pennsylvania: Extra small portions

1.9
Details
Just went to a Burger King in Scranton, Pa. I ordered a Rodeo Burger and large onion ring for my son and a milk shake for myself. The Rodeo burger was slightly bigger than a White Castle slider and the large onion had 12 small onion rings in it. I asked the person waiting on me to verify that it was a large portion. I was told it was. How many onion rings are in a small portion, 2? The milk shake was so small, I asked for a refund. They offered to give me the milk shake for free, I refused it. It could not have been much larger than 12 ozs.

This is very true. Burger King's portion sizes are simply ridiculous, and are more appropriate for a kid than they are for an adult.

We ordered breakfast croissant sandwiches this morning, and I swear I thought they were for a child when I took them out of the bag at home.

Way too much money for what amounted to about 4 bites. I will not be returning, that's for *** sure.

How in heaven's name can one person eat $17.00 worth of food at one sitting, especially fast food. Furthermore, I'm sure the food you got wasn't unedible.

Just because it wasn't what you ordered doesn't mean you could have eaten it. I highly doubt that you run a business, just going by your spelling. You don't even know that abbreviations are supposed to be capitalized, and you have poor punctuation skills. You complained about having to wait for 12 minutes for your order.

How long do you think it takes to cook food. From what I understand the fast food places are getting away from having their food pre-cooked. Just because Burger King is loosing you doesn't mean they are loosing a lot of customers. They most likely will be glad to lose you.

From as rude as you sound, I can understand why your wife is your "ex." You sound an awful lot like mine.

Incidentally you shouldn't use words in your writing that you don't know how to spell. Example: "walla" is actually spelled "voila."
