Chardon OH location. Jane waited on me at the counter at 1150am. She also was taking drive thru orders, delivering curbside wait orders, and also the Manager! All while smiling and pleasant! WOW - very impressive!

Burger King review in Richland County, Ohio: Overcharged again!
Lexington/Springmill, Mansfied, Ohio restaurant overcharges again and again. When you point it out to them, they become very defensive and rude and blame it on the computer! Really? Try fixing the computer and your attitudes. And try putting some condiments on the whoppers instead of one onion slice, one tomato slice, one pickle, etc. Cheap. These are not the whoppers I remember. They are made so cheaply now, they might as well be called Whimpers instead of Whoppers! There's a lot of competitors out there Burger King, so you better wake up. I agree with the very small burgers. The extra long cheeseburger is paper thin and very small. Also every other burger except the whopper and that is not worth what they charge and then the cheese is extra.

What a joke! I went to BK after gone overseas for a year.
I was shocked how small the tendercrisp chicken sandwhich was!!!!! I remember I had to use both my hands to hold it but now I just need one hand! Plus the price increased!
How can they raise prices and make it smaller. I am surprised anybody goes to BK, I won't go back now.

I stop at burger king EVERY SUNDAY by 11pm & they lock their doors because of being under staffed. I'm a reg customer for years. The sign on door says... Closes Sunday at 2am. Burger King has been one of my favorite places to go but... The store on Briel, Middletown, Ohio is always closed when i really want it. "Please" do something about it. Valued customer,,, soon to be x customer.

No response to my complaint on the Burger King website nor a call from the manager of the location, what a surprise! I won't go there again, and neither should you unless you want someone to steal your money!

Burger King - Manager Review from Canton, Ohio
I was in the washroom at BK's and someone over in the stall was having a bout of diarrhea that would give most people PTSD. After 5 minutes of his intestinal evacuation, the person finally emerged from the stall. Imagine my horror when i noticed he was wearing a BK cook uniform. He went to the wash basin, checked his hair, sent a text, then left WITHOUT washing his nasty filthy poopy hands. Beyond sickening and unsanitary. I complained to an assistant manager (Allen) who told me i must have been seeing things because all employees are instructed to wash their hands. Well i told him quite loudly that some remedial training is in store because his employee just destroyed the toilet and wiped his hind end for about 3 minutes straight without washing his hands. I demanded my money back and informed the store patrons of the event. Allen then offered me $10 in food coupons. I told him no thanks and i would never be back. Needless to say the store emptied out after i left. This is the grossest thing ive seen in a restaurant setting and sadly it probably happens more often than we care to acknowledge. BK equals Big Krap

Burger King looses business for refusing to take phone orders
When we tried to call Burger King on Memphis Ave. in Cleveland, OH they refused to take our order by phone and told us they only take Internet orders through BK delivers.com and since they assume everybody has a computer and it's not like that then they are going to lose a lot of business for refusing to take phone orders because imagine how many people cannot afford computers as far as us cause we end up going out instead of going to a library to put in a internet order for burger king we just went to Rally's instead because if we were going to a library just to use a computer to put an order in we figured we might as well just buy food while we're out forget about Burger King and end up getting Rally's instead so shame on Burger King but it's burger king lost and Rally's gain

I went to the painesville burger king and seen a bug moving on my daughter coat went told the manger named jessica she told me they been had bugs and was showing me pics of them on her Facebook page now if u dont do anything about it I will go to the news paper and will stop anyone who tries to eat there

Burger King review in Wooster, Ohio: Frozen cokes missing
I love this product , that's why I eat at Burger King when its my turn to choose. Now that they did away with them , for what reason I don't know except laziness. I usually choose taco bell now they will be first, until the frozen cokes come back ; So I would be grateful if you will reply to me at Shellyjohn_2000@yahoo.com and Let me know why you will no longer be serving them . The best drink around . Everything else you serve is good but that's what makes it for me , please try and get it back . Thank you for your support;
