Burger King Coupon Review

Tried to use BK coupons on the NY Thruway. "sorry, we don't take coupons" , and they charge more than you'd pay off the highway. The coupons don't say that they are not good at some stores. Good grief!

Well, at least the "restaurant" looks fairly clean. i don't see any food thrown against the wall or trash littering the floor.

I feel very sorry for that poor homeless person. The store should off to fix them a free meal "On The House", whatever they want.

I had bad experience today in Burger King in New Jersey, I ordered chocolate shake,they gave me vanilla,when I ask to change it, they just pour chocolate in to the shake. What kind service and attitude there. The management need to train the imployee to have better service and attitude.

My family and I just stopped at Burger King in gordonsville va on John Marshall hwy which has always lacked in customer service and we waited in line for 10 minutes before being helped then a man with no name tag came up and just stared at me so I put in my order said thank you, of course no your welcome was received. Then after we got our food a young lady came in from getting her drive thru order and told them her drink was wrong, the same nameless man simply pointed to the drink fountain and didn't say a word to her, didn't even offer a new cup or an apology. I also saw him and another woman making nasty faces towards customers.. Needless to say I will NEVER go to this bk again!

Burger King review in New York, New York: Short line but long wait, Cold hard food, and missing food from my bag

I went into a Burger king in Harlem on 125th in Harlem for my lunch break. The line was short but the wait was ridiculous. One cashier slow at that taking orders. I spent my whole entire 30min of break waiting for my food. I got the food and was rushing to work so i wont be late. I checked the bag only to see that my burger that i paid for was missing, the nuggets were hard,cold,and undercooked,and the onion rings were cold and not even eatable. I love Burger King and i rarely have it but when i do my food is always cold, or missing. The employees i understand are working hard but they seemed understaffed prompting them to underperform.

Burger King review in New York, New York: Very Poor service

This is regarding the Burger King at: 15929 Jamaica Ave, Jamaica, NY 11432 I ordered 3 bacon burgers, a coke with no ice, and a 4 piece chicken nugget pack. I was waiting and watching for my order, and observed the girl who was supposed to be packing peoples orders texting on her pink cased iphone. She took one of my burgers, put it into the wrong bag, and gave it to someone else. When she caught on to what she did, she called the person back, took the bag with one of my burgers and threw it away. She gave him the correct order, but forgot about mine. After 6 customers who arrived after me were served, I asked how my order was coming along. Of course while the orders were being screwed up, this girl was texting all along, right in front of her manager I might add. After a full 20 minutes (I had to wait while other orders were filled to get that other burger, I was presented with 2 cold burgers, one warm burger, a coke with ice instead of no ice, and a cold little bag with my 4 chicken nuggets. The girl was completely lost as to how the order could have gone wrong. Well, here is your answer: TURN OFF YOUR CELL PHONE, STOP TEXTING WHILE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE WORKING, AND PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!! THEN MAYBE YOU WILL GET YOUR ORDER CORRECT. IT IS NO MYSTERY, STOP YOUR MINDLESS TEXTING AND STOP ACTING LIKE NOBODY CAN SEE YOU GOOFING AROUND ON THE JOB WHILE YOU TEXT IN FRONT OF YOUR INEPT MANAGER AND GET YOUR JOB DONE!!!!! THAT IS THE ANSWER TO YOUR MYSTERY!!!!!! My loss? I get paid by the hour, so for my 1/2 hour of my life which was wasted while this inept worker was fooling around comes to about 25.00 The worst part of it is that this all happened about 20 minutes ago, and this inept worker is still there texting in front of her manager... both of them should be fired. Burger King *** service at Hylan/Burgher in Staten Island

Ordered cheesy tots at the drive-thru and other items and given a total. Drove around, sat on a line for about 15 minutes. Got to the window and waited 10 minutes. The girl said that they were waiting for the cheesy tots to cook. A customer interrupted by my car and the girl stated that because MY cheesy tots were taking so long, it was my fault there was a long line of cars. Whatever! She said it was a breakfast item. She had a rude attitude and the clueless manager was no help. Hate the place. The bathrooms are dirty, help never smiles, burgers are dried out. Only go there when there is kids night, to save a few dollars. Don't go there!!!!

How would you know the washrooms were dirty if you were using drive thru. You have kids, that thought alone is scary based on your behavior snce they learn based on role modle from parents.
