Burger King - Missing items drive thru!
I got home & half my order was missing!!! I called & spoke to a manager who didn't appologize & said I needed a receipt to get the rest!
I told her there was no receipt in the bag! She said they were training & that was why but still wouldn't give me my food!
Rude & unapologetic & worse than incompetent!
Go ANYWHERE else than here! This isn't the first time they've screwed up my order but it will be the LAST!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $13.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Burger King Cons: Incompetent staff, Rude customer service, Screwed up order.

No response to my complaint on the Burger King website nor a call from the manager of the location, what a surprise! I won't go there again, and neither should you unless you want someone to steal your money!
