I see so many customers upset with Burger King. The main issue is ppl want good food and good service in a clean environment. Not great but good. I would be happy if I got my order correct. I worked in the business for 20 years and the customer slways comes first. Apparantly not at burger king. They offer a free sandwich for your conplaints. Haha why would I want a free anything I just want what I order in a timely manner made in a clean environment with a smile. Very simple yet burger king cares less. I for one will never go here again after 30years of eating there. I will go out of my way to stop everyone I know to stop going there as well. I hope everyone who reads this understands only when we stop going will they either shape up or close. Good luck

Went there after school with my brother around 4pm. I went to the burger king in Grand Rapids, Michigan around division st. When I walked in, there was nobody in front of the desk until finally some one came up. I guess they were talking and clowning around. The person who came up was the manager which to me he didn't look like a manger because he was acting so childish and rude. I finally ordered the bbq chicken tenders and was waiting patiently. Then it took too long. So when I got my order, they put so much freaking bbq sauce on it that it was leaking out the container. Then as soon as i got my order, the lady secretly came up to me and said she's sorry for the *** behavior, she ashamed the manager is acting like kid and let the workers get away with it. I told her that she don't need to apologize because it wasn't her fault. Such a shame, and bad service!

Burger King review in Grand Rapids, Michigan: Very poor service

Went to the Burger King at 319 Beacon St.in Laurel,MS.I ordered a #2 with cheese,large,with a coke.After waiting for over 15 mins.I finally got my order.Not only was the order wrong but the food was cold,and I mean cold.I took it back to the counter and told the girl what was wrong.She took the sandwich and told another girl to put cheese on it.That girl opened the sandwich,slapped a piece of cheese on it,and threw it back in the bag.Same cold sandwich.The fries was supposed to be a large.It was a small.The girl actually tried to tell me it was a large.When I told her it wasn't,she looked at the other containers,grabbed a MEDIUM container,dumped the cold fries from the small into it,and added more.The fries she added were also cold.I don't think I'll be eating at that Burger King again any time soon.

This seems to be the norm for this company! Twice last month at the drive-thru in Ebensburg, Pa.

not only did I get the wrong order, I got the wrong change!! No wonder a smaller chain like Wendy's beat them out for the #2 spot.

Wow! That's horrible.

I work at burger king and NEVER treat my customers like that. I would complain to the corp if I were you.

Burger King review in Grand Rapids, Michigan: Bad food and filthy.

on January 11th at 01:21 pm, i stopped at bk #551 in Wyoming mi and ordered a double stacker, this is the worst burger i ever ate, ( well part of it) the burger must have been leftover from last night it was burnt and dry and the bun was soggy and when i tried to sit down in a almost empty restaurant i couldn't find a clean table, and all the time some employees where sitting down eating, i don't have a problem with employees eating, but i think the place could be cleaned up before hand. i will never go there again.

employees are required to take a lunch break at a certain time and they will also make them clock out and sit if they have too many on the clock.

Not a big fast food customer anymore as i get older but thought i would try a swiss mushroom burger from burger king because i love a good specialty sandwich & i thought i would treat myself to a little bit more than just a value meal(burger & fries). This my friends was the worst burger ever,far worst than checkers tryout last year.over cooked mushrooms,soggy bun & 3.2 0unces of meat before cooking all for 1.99 +1.99 fries.Great service but they have a very bad product, not happy but cured my appetite for fast & nasty food.
