Burger King - Burger Review from Tampa, Florida

I COME TO YOUR LOCATION THERE IN CRAWFORDSVILLE, INDIANA ON SOUTH END EVERYDAY 2-3X A DAY EVery WEEK.Well today is my last time , I order big orders from you daily, I've been getting cold fish sandwiches , bun dried out, fish over cooked an dried like it had set on counter , I order double whoppers 5 days a week 2-3 times a day , Even these are screwed up, tell them plain cheese an ketchup only, I have the works, I'm tired of it, it's to exspensive when it's not fit to eat when you get it.I spend to much in there for to not be able to eat it .So there for just letting you know you've lost several customers because I as well pick up meal for other people in plant besides for me an my family.I feel like you need a big change over in your help or your not gonna have any customers.I know I'll never be back .

Burger King review: Horrible Customer Service at 10612 Sheldon Road, Tampa, FL

I went through the drive thru and they messed up a simple Caesar salad order and gave Apple Cranberry salad instead. When I asked for Light Ranch dressing, they said they didn't have it, so I opted for Light Caesar instead. I come home to find out not only did I didn't get the dressing I wanted (which ended up being Balsamic), I got a completely different salad. To top it all off I didn't receive a receipt when I asked for one. I called them to complain about my order and the employee laughed at me and gave the phone to some al Marie who claimed to be the "Manager". When I asked to be compensated on my messed up order and wasting my gas and time she said she wasn't the manager but the Assistant Manager (who knows if she was lying about that). I went to get my order and I was asked for proof, of course I didn't get a receipt in the first place, so how could I have proven that my order was messed up. I came home wasting a quarter tank of gas, 45min, and an empty stomach.

If you used a quarter of a tank of gas to go to Burger King you have major problem----you either drive a gas guzzler or don't use the brains the good Lord gave you. When you purchase food at a fast food place, you should check the order before leaving the site.

There is absolutely no reason to not do this. As far as the dressing goes quit complaining about that, if you were taking your salad home, I would assume you have dressings at home.

@Joan

Who cares if he has dressing at home. Burger King should get it right.

It's not that hard to speak and understand proper English well enough to get an order right. At least learn English enough to know the *** menu.

Burger king always messes up my orders. In fact, just the other day, I ordered a double cheese burger, got charged for a double cheese burger, but when my girlfriend takes a ***, it has 1 patty in it.

Not 2, but 1. WTF?

Burger King has a PROBLEM

I love the Jr Whooper but I noticed last June NOBOBY wears gloves at 3 BK's I went to. Gee, I mentioned it to one last June and was told sarcasticly they had until 7/1/2009 and to come back after then. This week (1/18/2010) I was in Crystal River Fl and NOBODY was wearing gloves. OK, I mentioned it to the cashier and all the employees yelled at me and told me to never come back again. I do not know how many people will see this but when you can,LOOK at what is going on when your food is prepared.

Burger King review in Tampa, Florida: They did not give me a Jr Whopper with crossant bread as others have done

All the Burger Kings I have gone to, have given me the satisfaction of having a Jr. Whopper with a crossant bread except the one on 2902 E Fletcher ave in Tampa, Fl. I spoke to the manager and he said I could not have it my way even though that is what the slogan says. What a shame for such a big company that cannot stay true to its words. I was there on May 30, 2008 and I told the cashier to tell the manager that I will never be back to 2902 E Fletcher ave in Tampa, Fl. They have lost a good customer.

You are not a good customer, you are a child who wants things her way. One who takes advantages of people. Probably the kid that beat up others for their lunch money.

I'm all about customer service, but there comes a time when customers go too far. I think sometimes people neglect to acknowledge fact that employees in restaurants are PEOPLE, not your personal servants.

There are times when they can be jerks, but a lot of the time they are following instructions from their management. And dude, why are you getting pissed off when you are clearly asking for something that is not on the menu??

You obviously have never worked in the service industry, and I get the feeling BK isn't the only restaurant, or business for that matter, that ticks you off. YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY PERSON ON EARTH.

Deal with it.

I am a Burger King manager on the East coast. Aside from the possibility that this location does not sell croissants, which is very very unlikely, it is possible they didnt have any ready.

The croissants come frozen and have to be thawed the day before use. Maybe this location had only frozen ones untill the next day. Or maybe they did have some ready but the manager still said no. Why would he or she do that?

Two reasons. First- the cost of every single ingredient we buy has gone through the roof and yet our prices to the customer has increased little or none at all. This is true for most restaurants. Whopper Jr\'s are only 99 cents which is ridiculous.

They should be like $1.50. Anyway, a croissant cost 4 times as much as a bun, and perhaps that manager is tired of his store becoming more and more un profitable, thus cutting into his profit or bonus. The second reason is maybe they were busy and had so many customers that it would have been unwise to have an employee leave thier station to go all the way back there to look for a croissant when they have a ton of other customers to get through.

Incidentally, I would have honored the request, albeit reluctantly, just so as not to start an argument with a customer. And finally, as to the \"have it your way\" malarkey, that means we will make your sandwich with the condiments you want on it, and even though that slogan has not been used in years, when it was, the commercial always implied that it was in regards to toppings, not bread choices or how we cook the meat or things we do not sell etc...

Do they carry it at all? Perhaps that is why they did not give it your way.

If they do carry the crossant bread than why is it different than the other Burger Kings? I would surely speak with the manager and ask why the other Burger Kings meet provide it and they don't. Also I would call the head office of Burger King and see as to why this place is different than other's. If it is a simple case as they don't carry that bread then there is nothing you can do.

If you were being unrealistic about the have it your way then I can see why the manager would not go by the slogan, but your demands were not unrealistic.

Good luck! I
