No help from Burger King. Could not get an answer from customer service line. It seems they do not care about their customers.

Came after our food was messed up and components cold, almost stale tasting. We went in today, had our receipt and everything.

But was told by the manager that we were liars. Very rude service, still trying to figure out what to do to get my money back and an apology. If you want to belittle, go ahead and go in, they'll do a great job. Didn't even give us all the food that we asked for.

It's getting a hold of customer service.

It's a *** joke. I also wasn't allowed to show a receipt because the manager refused to give back our receipt.

I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred at one of your Burger King locations that left me feeling disrespected and unfairly treated.
While accompanying a paying customer, I attempted to use the restroom. An employee stopped me and stated, You just took that out the garbage, speaking as if she had personally witnessed me take a receipt from the trash.

This assumption was made without any evidence. I calmly explained multiple times that I was with the paying customer, but the employee chose to ignore my explanation and continued to accuse me.
Instead of listening, the employee escalated the situation by calling a manager. When I explained the situation to the manager and showed a valid receipt, I expected the issue to be resolved. However, the manager dismissed my concern by stating that it was not a big deal and insisted that the paying customer come to the front register to confirm, despite already being shown proof.
The situation could have been handled respectfully and quickly if either employee had taken the time to listen.

Being accused and dismissed in this manner was embarrassing and unnecessary.

Customers should not be treated with suspicion or disregard, especially after providing clarification and proof.
I am bringing this to your attention because this experience did not reflect the level of customer service I expect from Burger King. I hope this matter is addressed to prevent similar treatment of other customers in the future.

I was giving the wrong order at drive thru. Took back in to counter.

They took it and handed to customer on drive thru. I had already unwrapped it and touched it. I ask for refund at that point. They shorted me until I brought back in the soda.

Then they gave me the 'have a nice day" with a screw yoi attitude. It's disgusting to know that burger king would give handled food to paying customers.

Not apologize for getting it wrong. Then give me an attitude over it

Very unhappy the way the manager at Burger King on Peoria & Mississippi St. in Aurora Colorado 80012. He was extremely rude, didn't know the order I was placing with him at the drive thru. I told him I order the item every morning at his location. He said, well I never seen you here he keep doubting my being there every morning Plus he gave me bacon when I told him I wanted sausage. He needs to be fired. I will continue to file my complaint until I hear back from an Executive at Burger King.
He then slammed the window in my face.
He was awful to me the customer.
