- Whopper with cheese and fries from Washington Race Track Rd, Washington, PA.
- No tomato; lettuce small, no onion, dry, few condiments; $12.
First of all, my husband brought me a sandwich, a Whopper with cheese and fries on Tuesday, March 31, at 8:22 PM from the *** in ***, ***. I requested no tomato when he brought the sandwich home.
There was a piece of lettuce, not even the size of my thumb, no onion, and the sandwich was drier than nothing. Hardly any condiments on it. I paid $12 and something for a sandwich that was not worth bringing home.
I tried calling the store, but someone must be using it for personal use because the line is busy, busy, busy. What kind of service is this?

- Staff yelled; the manager barred return for attitude; five employees crowded pickup window.
Thursday, approximately 4-5:00 pm @ the Burger King location [STREET_ADDRESS]. The restaurant was very dark, the parking lot was empty, and no customers were inside.
I assumed the restaurant was closed. I had my 7-year-old grandson with me, so I drove to the back of the restaurant to the drive-thru. An employee (male voice) said, 'I minute.' I asked why because nobody was in the line or restaurant lobby. A coarse female voice yelled at me that I had to wait because they were filling a large order.
Again, I said, 'I have a small order, just a fish sandwich and Coke.' The female voice yelled that I should leave because I was not going to be served! All conversation stopped when I said I would report this incident. Finally, another customer pulled behind me in the drive-thru; her order was taken, so I reordered using a different voice. Once I pulled up to get my order, a male employee told me that I better not come back.
I was shocked at his comment. The female manager stepped around the corner and said I was not allowed to return due to my attitude. Quickly, there were 5 employees crowding into the pickup window, all yelling at me and frightening my grandson. To protect us, I pulled off and went home, called the police to report the incident but was told that I should have remained in the restaurant parking lot.
This was so unprofessional, discriminatory, and bullying toward a senior citizen. I am 76 and had a stroke.
Preferred solution: transfer that female manager and force your employees to take resolution courses

- I was told not to return and was verbally attacked by staff.
1st incident I ordered a whopper with cheese and they forgot the cheese, so I took it back to them and they handed me 2 pieces of cheese. ***.
Next incident, they gave me a free whopper meal and then told me I'm not allowed to come back. I was confused, then I went outside just for the GM to come out and repeat the same thing. WTH happened to customer service? I did nothing wrong.
I was attacked verbally by 3 employees for no reason just to get my meal. This store has horrible CS, 0 stars if I could. The manager likes showing off reviews of that store like they are great; they lack professional customer service and attack their customers. The assistant manager looks way too young to be in a position like that.
She is rude; her name is ***. The other, ***, and the GM don't deserve to have their positions; they are way too young and very, very rude.
Your best bet is to skip Ocean Beach Burger King and go to ***/15th Ave or, hate to say it, even ***; at least they are nicer. Never again, never again.

My advice to other potential customers is - No matter how much you like their product if you want honest people and an honorable place to eat remember I told you they didn't care enough about me to answer my complaint.
I wrote you a complaint but you must have figured I wasn't important worth enuf to give a response to. Now it seems you have found a place where you can get worthless onions and pickles they are so tough you chew them for 2 days.
Since you don't think I am worth answering my complaint I will not buy anymore of your burgers and Rallys makes a fair Big [PERSON_NAME]. Oh yes I guess you must br ashamed of it yourself because I noticed you stopped window advertising.
User's recommendation: If you get a bad one like I did you will have to wash it down with plenty of soda because you gan't chew the pickles and onions.

I use the mobile app to place an order when I go to the Burger King. They told me that they couldn't process the order due to the time it came through on their end.
I placed the order before breakfast was over, but they received it after breakfast was over, so there was an issue with the order.
They gave me part of the order but missed my sandwich. I tried to file a complaint on the mobile app, but the mobile app was not user-friendly.

- App bkexperience doesn't work at unit 5970
- Bacon King arrived with raw bacon and Havsies were missing.
- Order took 15 minutes; bathroom was locked.
It has been more than once that I have had to contact BK.
I wanted to use the bkexperience app, but it does not work. I ordered a Bacon King, and the bacon was raw. I asked for the Havsies (onion rings and fries), but I didn't get them. I also ordered the Crown Nuggets, got them, but the employee didn't know they had them.
This again is another complaint about this unit. Some speak Spanish, and I think they need to learn the menu and learn to speak English. It took 15 minutes to get my order. At 4:25 PM, they were not busy.
Your 866# does work. They permit non-customers to use the free Wi-Fi.
He had coffee from another company and was using his computer. I wanted to use the bathroom, but it was locked.

It has not developed no shape form or fashon
So, bright and early in the morning, I asked for the store owners number or something of that nature, not the shift lead, which goes by the name of Charlie. He proceeded to tell me that I ordered online, so that's only for pick up, not delivery. I'm not the dumbest person in America, but I do know that if it's not for delivery, it would not let me process my order, let alone pay. Then he proceeded to tell me that he can't find my ticket, so there was nothing he could do about it.
Now, shall I say my thing is, there were too many things said from employee to shift leader or whoever Charlie is, and if it was for pick up, how the heck did they let it go out for delivery? Honestly, I know that if the food was to make it to me, I would have still been broke, but due to the fact I didn't get food, I had to starve. I could not reorder, neither was I able the next day, and still haven't received a delivery nor a refund. I feel it's right to refund me and accommodate me with a free complimentary week for 2, because it's been a week and I still haven't got a response. I forgot to mention that when they closed my ticket on the email chat, they told me how to go back in and open it up again, and I did so and still haven't got a response. A week I've been waiting.

- Drive-thru Burger King breakfast uses egg near 300, very hot.
- After 10 minutes, food remains above 250 degrees; wait 15-20 minutes.
I understand that most people want hot food I also understand that deliveries and platforms like doordash are also about 40 to 60% of restaurants income at this point. But today and almost every other time that I go to Burger King I go through the drive-thru get a breakfast sandwich and then am unable to eat my sandwich for 15 to 20 minutes due to the fact that the egg is being served it just under 300 literally just on the verge of exploding.
I work at a local restaurant so I have tested this at this point several times pick up breakfast from [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] about 10 minutes away to my job temp the food. Not once even after 10 minutes has my food been less than 250 I would like to keep the use of my taste buds well into old age and would prefer not to have my taste buds cauterized off by overheated breakfast
Preferred solution: I don't want to get anything I want to be able to order breakfast and a drive-thru and then pull off and be able to eat it immediately

Terrible service. If I were a job seeker, why would I want to work for a company that provides lackluster service to their customers?
Yes, I am frustrated. Money is tight with families these days, and we should always expect what we pay for.

THERE WERE NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE...WE STOOD AT THE COUNTER WHILE SEVERAL PEOPLE WALKED PAST US SEVERAL TIMES AND LOOKED AT [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] FROM THE PREP AREA..FINALLY...SOMEONE CAME TO THE COUNTER TO TAKE OUR ORDER..DIDN'T GET A FRIENDLY GREETING..JUST A...WHAT CAN I GET YOU...WE ORDERED 2 WHOPPER COMBO MEALS..ONE WITH FRIES AND ONE WITH ONION RINGS...WHILE THE PRESENTATION OF THE BURGER LOOKED A LITTLE BETTER THE BURGER ITSELF WAS TASTELESS AND THE ONION RINGS WERE SO GREASY WE COULDNT EAT THEM AT ALL.BUT THE FRIES WERE GOOD...AFTER SPENDING $22.30 FOR A MEAL THAT WAS NOT TASTY AT ALL WAS A BIG LETDOWN. I went to the BURGERKING on ***. In *** iL and I waited 18 minutes for the 2 whoppers and about 6 people who came in Afterwards ALL MEXICANS got the food and was gone as I questioned them on whats happening the MEXICAN cashier Lied and said my Credit card was denied!!!
I Was NOT using a credit card I used my bank cash card Then they said what u order?? The MEXICAN old man who was the ONLY other person back there Went Outside and came back with a box and 5 mins later I got my order,went to the car only to discover that the burger had no condiments? I return to the restaurant and she threw me some MAYO!!
I gave a good review BEFORE I received my order and immediately informed the customer service team and they DID NOT RESPOND!! I WILL NEVER EAT BURGER KING AGAINnnnn

I can promise you that she has caused your business to lose a lot of customers.

I ordered a whopper meal with cheese and bacon, which I paid for with no mayo or lettuce. I have tried reaching the restaurant since 12 this afternoon, and it rings constantly, then disconnects. Has no one heard of answering machines?
