Burger King Burger Review

Short version of a long story. Burger King ( and all other fast food chains for that matter) please get it together. 9 out of 10 fast food orders throughout California will mess up orders in one way or another. Im pissed off eating a cheeseless burger ( that i said "with cheese" 3 times) yet again. I was charged for the cheese, 60¢ as a matter of fact, but this isnt about the extra charge, it is about the vast majority of fast food workers who apparently either cant read an order or flat out just dont give a ***. So I want to put my opinion out there. I DO NOT support the $15 dollars an hour in any way. Why should they? Half the time the service is provided by someone you can easily tell they hate to be there and skrew up the order 90% of the time. Why should my friend, a certified EMT try to support his family on $13 an hour and someone working a job intended as a step stone get $15? Why did I work for some of the largest corporations in the country, holding high technical positions, top out at $13.89 an hour after years of service? Again, fast food workers, please get it together. They cant even get cheese on a patty, or exclude tomatoes, but yet, you want a fair wage of $15 an hour. Here is a sudgestion... how about you earn it.

After a full workload and last minute run through the grocery store with my family I decided since it was 8:45pm February 6, 2016 we would just pick up Burgers at Burger King being it was located in the same parking lot as the local grocery store. Upon pulling up to the Drive thur is where my bad experience began as I rolled down my window immediately the person came on and said we don't have any meat at all today. My response was you have no beef or chicken on a Saturday night? She immediately responds back like I said we don't have meat just chicken and fish laughing along with another person in the background. So I respond back that's good because I want a Big fish combo & and a chicken bacon sandwich as well as a kids chicken meal and that completes my order, she comes back on and says in an irritated voice like I said we don't have meat just fish and chicken. As irritated as I was my response was my order is fish and chicken no beef! Did you not take my order apparently not! Once again for the 3rd time I had to repeat my order and had to remind them I didn't ordered any beef being they were out of beef on a Saturday night before the Super Bowl might you!!!! I look over to the McDonald's in the next parking lot wishing I had got to instead and in their parking lot which was fully packed which your company lost all the business to were car loads yelling out the window about how *** Burger King is and how they don't care about customers or keeping their customers!! Bad experience and horrible employees in the Lemoore, California Branch I will never go back apparently they don't care to stock burgers and they call themselves a fast food company? How in the world do they stay in business? I am in Human Resources I would make the recommendation to review this staff and take appropriate action immediately! McDonald's all they way!!!!!

We waited 3 1/2 hours for our bk delivers order before cancelling. The manager was very incompetent and did nothing to guarantee our order would be delivered. So we cancelled, and now we're waiting 3-5 business days for our refund.

The burger king on 481 e.shaw was not very guest friendly. I was ready to order and the manager was suppose to take my order but she leaves the register to go talk to another guest who I believe had a issue of some sort. The manager should have at least had one of there team members take my order...only common sense.....that took 6 minutes for someone to take my order....seems like everyone just stands around. I waited 5 and a half minutes and still no order. But the drive thru orders seemed to be handed out....what about the inside orders!!? I just asked for a refund and the corporate office number.....the manager gave me a district managers number but she gave me the wrong number when i called.....not only do i get poor service but they like to lie to customers and give them wrong numbers to place there concerns. ....unbelievable.....i dont ever want to visit this location again....not only do you lose me as a customer but you lose those potential customers like my family and friends......

I stopped at Burger King on Highway 33 in Newman, CA and saw the ad for a "BBQ BACON CHICKEN CRISP" sandwich. I thought it looked very tasty. The sandwich in the ad showed 3 thick slices of bacon and oozing with BBQ sauce. When I received my sandwich, it was really good, but I was unhappy with the 2 small slices of bacon and the tablespoon of BBQ sauce. I am a very huge fan of Burger King's food, but if I'm going to pay $6.00 for a sandwich, I would like to receive what is advertised on the poster.

refused coupon for buy one get one breakfast croissant for my wife because I had a coupon for me as well. said we could only use one coupon. This burger King is the worst at customer service and it's food! It will be the last time I ever go there and plan to make it a point of getting this location closed. I have called a couple time they refuse to give out the district managers number they take my number and email but never a call have i received from the district manager or the franchise owner. What is wrong with these *** that they just don't give a *** about their business and or their customers.

I see your point. They should've done two separate transactions to honor both coupons.

But you accusing them of not serving you because you're disabled is *** ***. They didn't honor both coupons because they can't take both in the computer at once. Not because you're disabled.

Don't milk a disability and play victim every time you don't get your way. I'm ashamed of you.

I was at the burger king at 142 pittsburgh rd butler pa, and the soda pop machine was not working so i got a milk shake cause i couldn't get a soda, and then freaking bastards charged me for it, i called them on it and they said it is policy, i will never eat there again, it wasn't my fault the soda pop was not working
