Burger King employee insults, says "GET OUT" to me and family

I was driving from Buffalo to NYC last night (8/18/2014) around and I stopped at the burger king at 17th Main Street, Gouldsboro, PA 18424. There were around 3 employees in the restaurant and none of them were at the counter. I walked in looking to get some coffee to help in the drive back to NYC. I saw an employee mopping the floor, his name is "Stan" according to the Manager. I wasnt sure the restaurant was open so just asked him "Are you open?", I was shocked by the response I got from him. He was standing a few feet away and started yelling at me for absolutely no reason saying "YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT, WE ARE JUST THREE WORKING HERE AND CANT LEAVE EVERYTHING FOR YOU, SO JUST WAIT THERE. CAN’T YOU SEE WE ARE BUSY HERE". I couldnt believe what I heard and responded with "I was just asking if you are open" Again to this he responded by yelling "YOU WILL NEED TO WAIT". After this another employee came over to the counter and asked me what I needed, to which I responded with 2 coffee and paid the money. When I was making coffee the same employee who shouted at me came outside and told me "YOU BUSTED OUR BALLS JUST FOR COFFEE, GET IT FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE". I was so pissed at this but tried to calm down, went back to the car and dropped off the coffee. I couldn’t have ignored this and came back to ask name of the employee and wanted to speak to the manager. When I told the manager what happened she said she will put the coffee on the house but all I wanted was some respect and not treated like this. When I said I don’t want the free coffee another employee shouted “GET OUT” in front of the whole store with customers , my family and kids with me, I couldn’t believe my ears!!! I just left the store completely appalled and shocked with my kids asking me about the insult and arguments. I have never felt so insulted in all my life. We are not eating for free, and are paying customers, how can you treat us like this. This can happen to anyone. I want to know from Burger King is this how you treat another person? How can you say “GET OUT” to someone who comes to your Restaurant and pays for your jobs! This is inhuman treatment on part of the employees and the Manager and they deserve to be punished or at least apologize.

Burger King in Lexington, North Carolina - The Manager Jessica

She is one very rude *** ***. Every time i come into Burger king, she always have a attitude. If you got to come to work with an attitude then she needs to keep her *** at home, and give her job to somebody who needs and really enjoy coming to work. This is the second time i came to Burger king and she has been rude to customers and employees. Next time i come up there I'm not going to be so nice since she want to have an attitude with everybody. Its sad to even be rude to your own employees. She needs to be fired and work somewhere else. RUDE ***!!

This is the most unprofessional atmosphere ever they are unclean very disrepectful seems they most give anyone manager position they young lady and i would never take family eat there again was disagreement in front us and one manager appear be ill is what was spoken insisting she had aidsand rumor was. Going around. In highschool and she doesnt need be working along with bio polar attitude. One day she nice next not i experience the turmoil i complained. Burger King - SPIT IN FOOD

I went to this location and found what I assume was SPIT in my food and heard two young african american ladies talking about it in the back. Being respectful I didnt say anything to cause a commotion to the little brats but I immediately left and threw my food away. The manager, Danielle I believe her name was, also heard the conversation and did nothing about it. Cannot believe someone would go that low to spit in someones food. That is childish stuff although the girls did look to be like they were in high school. I will never go back there. You cant really trust anyone with your food unless you prepare it yourself now a days.

i work at burger king for 12 years and i hade 2 weeks payed vacation till about a few years ago then it got put down to one per year and my manager said only managers can have more than one per year but i know that of two of my co workers that are not mangers have more the one per year so i called the jan. company and they gave me the same lie. and i found out that after ten years there they give you 3 weeks payed vaction. and i only make 8.55 per hour after being with them for 12 years and most new works after a few months they make more than what i get.. my manager calls me names like ***,retard,***..ect. and at least one time the vice president of this company was in my work place and was told by my manger "you are going to hear us talk *** about him(me)"

Harassed by Burger King Manager. Collected money won't serve food !!!

Been a BK customer for years and had a terrible experience at your store number 5199 in northglenn in colorado. I was served a Fish Sandwich when I ordered a Veggie Burger for my daughter. My daughter is allergic to seafood and if she had eaten that it would been dangerous. Upon complaining about this the manager "Ruben" refused to fulfill my order (correct as well as give the rest of the order) despite having paid the whole amount (I have the receipt with me). When told that I will call the Sheriff, Ruben went ahead and called the Police on me complaining that I am not leaving the drive through. It finally took the effort of the sheriff to get my money back and the manager told the cops that I should never visit Burger King again.

Burger King in Ocala, Florida - Bad service and bad management

Always go to the Burger King at 2696 S. W. College Road in Ocala and was extremely disappointed again with the food and the service. There is this black manager that every time I go there she has this "don't want to be here" face and is very mean to the employees. She looks crazy and they need to get rid of her. The store manager seems useless and on time I was there and this obese guy came in talking with an attitude and I asked who he was and they told me he was the district manager. What a disappointment. Employees need to be treated correctly regardless of the kind of business so they can prepare quality food. There is definitely lack of leadership especially from the top management.

I work in a Gaston Bazaar, I have my business so theres a Burger King same parking lot Buckner Blvd Dallas TX that I walk less that a minute, I went to order 2 salads at 5:45 p.m. I went back at 6:12 and was not ready my order I go there often the employees Manager Francisco Manager Maria think because i'm close to them they take their time with my orders, also theres an African American girls Idelia was very rude, I ask her what the salad BLT has on it and she said I DONT KNOW what a UGLY CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS PLACE HAS, DO NOT GO THERE, PERSONALLY I WONT BE THERE EVER AGAIN.

Horrible food and service. Waited 15 minutes and girl said she was the only one there and would be back and was very disrespectful, no apology.

She came back about 10 mins later and took the order. We waited a while, got our food. The big surprise was the garbage she gave us. The food was all falling apart, there were onion rings all over the bag.

The hershey pies were in the same bag as the hot food and old and dried out. Even the vanilla shake tasted funny. We didn't get our coke. Isn't it funny that they no longer put the phone number on the receipt.

We spent $18.05 and threw the food in the garbage and went to McDonalds which is always good. Just went to BK cuz it was close.

NEVER AGAIN. BK you're going down!!

When I worked in a fast food place, the prep people made up the different salads, and packaged them, and some were put in the display cooler and the rest were kept in the walk in and brought out as needed.

Aren't their salads ready made or did you need special ones? If they had to make them for you, if you had waited, I bet they would have got made promptly.

You didn't have to mention the race of the employee that didn't know what the BLT salad contained. She honestly might not have known.

When it come to you putting the employees down, take really good look at your punctuation and grammar. The part where you use all caps, means you are yelling at us.

Burger King employee negligence

I began working at the Burger King on 2222 Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway, Des Moines, Iowa in February 2012. I was dedicated and hardworking. After 7 months, they promoted me into management. I took the position thinking it was a good idea. Thing was, the DM, Tina Hoover, didn't put forth any effort whatsoever into training me. Nor did she care because she was "too impatient." She didn't want to send me to another store where there was a manager who specializes in training prospective managers. I am never working there again. Also, I suggest anyone to look for a better job before considering employment at Burger King.
