Burger King in Mounds View, Minnesota - Worst experience ever at a fast food restuarant!!!!!

We stopped in the BK in Mounds View, Minnesota for dinner last night. As we walked in there was a customer returning their order to the manager. he seemed upset at them for some reason. The place was chaotic, a mess, and poorly run. The manager got in a verbal argument with another customer as we waited for our food. The service was pathetic at best, and our food took forever to get. The person behind us was still waiting for his food, when we left. We also saw others complaining about the service to each other. A man in the parking lot said he would never return to that BK. I don't think we will either. We did not get the managers name, but he is in the WRONG position in the company. He has no people skills, and also was berating his employees back on the grill and at the register. All I can say is, I will never eat at BK again.

He may have had previous experience with the woman that you are not aware of. As far as the sauces, when I have gotten around 10 nuggets, I always get 2 sauces, so it would stand to reason that a 20 piece would get your 4.

In fact, I seem to recall I did have the 20 piece and got 4 sauces before.

I was at the burger king on high way 11 this morning and the service was horrible, I went in and had to stand in line for 6 min. when i ask for service Kevin stated that they were taking care of the drive through first and he was moving like a he had all day.

They should have him in the back it that type of attitude is bad business.

Talk to your management, and staff, and train them to treat customers, like we customers provide them a paycheck. Fill these ppl in on how to function in public format. Reprimand the manager for trying to start a fight, and poor professionalism.

Burger King in Statesboro, Georgia - Messed up my order, gave me an attitude

Avoid going to the Burger King at 12491 Apopka Vineland Rd in Orlanda, FL at all costs. The staff is rude and ignorant. We ordered a Spicy Crispy Chicken Jr, Crispy Chicken Jr, Rodeo Burger, Rodeo Crispy Chicken, and 2 XL Cheese Burgers and 2 Original Chickens (2 for $5). The person taking the order was extremely careless and inattentive. He did not know what he was doing. We waited a long while for the order to be ready, and after it was, we went into the car since this is a carry out order. While we were in the car, we realized that the order was inaccurate. They gave a $1 burger but they charged me for a Double Stacker, which is $3.69. We went back to the register and told the person who took our order. He called, who is apparently the manager, up. We told her that we were wrongly charged of a Double Stacker when we did not even order one. The worst part is that we did not even receive a Double Stacker. The manager was very ignorant and kept on trying to point that the $1 burger is a "Double Stacker". I am not blind. I know that is a $1 burger because it is the same as the 3 order ones I ordered. No extra meats or anything. The problem is that we did NOT order a Double Stacker and we did NOT receive a Double Stacker. We were charged of a burger that we did not order. The manager had a nasty attitude and refused to resolve the problem. No apology, no refund! The food wasn't even close to being warm, but that's the least of the problem.

I was in the washroom at BK's and someone over in the stall was having a bout of diarrhea that would give most people PTSD. After 5 minutes of his intestinal evacuation, the person finally emerged from the stall. Imagine my horror when i noticed he was wearing a BK cook uniform. He went to the wash basin, checked his hair, sent a text, then left WITHOUT washing his nasty filthy poopy hands. Beyond sickening and unsanitary. I complained to an assistant manager (Allen) who told me i must have been seeing things because all employees are instructed to wash their hands. Well i told him quite loudly that some remedial training is in store because his employee just destroyed the toilet and wiped his hind end for about 3 minutes straight without washing his hands. I demanded my money back and informed the store patrons of the event. Allen then offered me $10 in food coupons. I told him no thanks and i would never be back. Needless to say the store emptied out after i left. This is the grossest thing ive seen in a restaurant setting and sadly it probably happens more often than we care to acknowledge. The manager Mary at Vandercook Lake, Mi Burger King harasses the staff. No matter what she yells at the workers, for doing exactly what they were supposed to do. Now I don't mind waiting for food as long as it's fresh, but that Mary gets mad at the cooks when it was HER who told them not to keep up too much food. I also know that she yells at them for having "too much" food up. That witch needs to make up her mind or get the *** out of the business! That women has no place as a manager if she can not respect the employees and treat them right.

I visited burger king this morning store 307 Ashley street, several times that I have been there getting off work at 8 am, they never have biscuits at this time, this is the busiest time of the morning, and why they have no biscuits ready is redundant. This is not the first time either. It don't make any since that this is happening. Now I stop coming to your store for a month because after having this happen about 5 times in a row. Me and some of the other employees come here when we get off work at this same time and there are no biscuits. so you have lost some customers me for one. This need to be addressed before you lose more. And the morning manager you have now that have the I don't give a dame attitude she need an adjustment. She been there about 2mths and have an bad attitude. I'm trying to save you from losing other customers because you all have good food. I stopped coming there for a year at one time because one of the employees gave me a sausage biscuit that was hard as a brick, I gave it back and she told me I should have stayed home and cooked my own breakfast. I called several times to the DM and got no response. So you have lost my business. Address this problem before you lose more

Honey, this isn't the Burger King web site. You are on a general complaint site.

You say they didn't have any biscuits during the busiest time of the morning. Apparently it didn't occur to you that maybe the fact that it is the busiest time of the morning and that is why they have ran out of biscuits. Actually you aren't trying to keep them from losing other business, you are just concerned about your wants. It isn't any of your business if they lose so much business that they have to close, that is strictly their concern.

Instead of worrying about how much business they might lose, you should worry about improving your capitalization, spelling, and grammar.
