Burger King in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma - Burgar kink manager treats customers like trash!

I went to burager king store#10805 in Enid ok. I pulled up to the menu to order. The manager was running it. She said " What do you want". I said just a minute please. i tryed to look at the menu to see if there was anything a would like to try instead of the same old hamberger. Then the box comes back on with a very rude voice. " Can i help you" so i blow off finding something i would like and just ordered 4 duble cheese one without the cheese.2 mid frys and a soda. i got to the window to watch the woman in with the head set yelling to someone on the phone for a good 5 minutes. Then she turns on the other employees. One female employee looked as though she was going to cry. That when i relized the one yelling was the manager. She then throw the head set at another employee. that same employee cam to the window i asked if that was the manager that was screaming. She said it was. Iasked for her name, and a number to call to complain. she gave me the name and the only number she had.nicky 580-233-5152. she said she was sorry thats just how that girl is , she acted like she was abit afraid of nicky, She hung as far out the window as she could and talked in avery quite voice, looking behind her ever so often. i got my order and drove a way feeling sorry for the ones who had to work there with that nicky. I got home passed out everyones food. i hit the bottom of the sack with 2 unfeed people still waiting for there food. I was not given all the hambergers. So i decided to call and make my complaint. I called the number i was givin and turns out i spoke with nicky she said i should have checked before i left to make sure my order was right then she just hung up on me. I dont believe there is any place for hatful rude bullys in management.I feel so sorry for the people that have to work with her everyday. They must really need that job, I personally would not allow someone with that personallity to repusent my bissness. please help those other workers and dimiss that nicky from her post before her temper gets worse and she starts beatting to other employees.

Spence Burger Kings Dont Pay Contractors

We did 14 burger kings in McHenry and Lake County Illinois for William Spence owned stores. DBA Spence Group Services Inc. Yes, this is the same company that does not do background checks on employees and a manager was stabbed to death. And it is also the same owner of the famous Ohio taking a bath in the dish sink. Make a long story short we did $40,000 worth of work, all of which is good work for these scam artists and they refuse to pay. Turns out they do not ever pay contractors. They steal food from the working family table. Boycott any spence owned franchise.

Wrong

I have been doing construction projects for Mr. William Spence going on about eights years now and I have yet to have a problem getting paid for my high quality work.

What I do know about Mr. Spence is you will not sell him goat when he ordered a Angus Steer and in my book that makes him a wise businessman to expect to get what he paid for.

I do not know your story but I have been in construction business for over thirty years

and I have always been paid for a fine quality job from each and every one of my customers because I have always delivered what was agreed upon.

I also have been around long enough to have seen many poorly completed job left behind by so called craftsman that have to fixed at the expense the property owner once the crapsman has refused to make it right !

Do it right the first time or move over and let someone who can.

I don't know who's over the Burger King in Houston TX area but and we have made a lot of trips to the office and got the run around .we've been doing work for burger King for over 4 years and they've never paid us on time ..on this last job , the runaround of getting paid for our work has become too much. we'll not do business with Burger King again no matter how much money .its not worth it to be lied and passed from person to person when it comes to getting paid for your hard work..

Burger King in Norfolk, Virginia - Charged for food that I did not receive.

I live in Virginia bch, Va. I had to drive a friend home to Newport News Va. on 102808, who was stranded. I decided to stop at burger king in Newport news and get 2 salads for dinner. This was store#1138. I ordered 2 grilled chicken salads. When I got home to Virginia beach. I opened my salads and only had lettuce, tomato and shredded cheese. I called them, very upset and employee laughed at me and hung up. I called back spoke to Rick the manager, was supposed to get call back and refund, did not receive either.

I wonder why the child that wrote this letter did not check the bag to see that they had everything. I also wonder why they did not go back to the restaurant to get get their meal misplaced.

I have a feeling I know.

Their parents were coming home soon and the child did not want them to know that he/she had "borrowed" their car, drove to BK without having a license. (third graders are too young to have a license.) They knew their parents would be home soon so they could not drive back and forth without getting caught stealilng the car.

Burger King in Tampa, Florida - They did not give me a Jr Whopper with crossant bread as others have done

All the Burger Kings I have gone to, have given me the satisfaction of having a Jr. Whopper with a crossant bread except the one on 2902 E Fletcher ave in Tampa, Fl. I spoke to the manager and he said I could not have it my way even though that is what the slogan says. What a shame for such a big company that cannot stay true to its words. I was there on May 30, 2008 and I told the cashier to tell the manager that I will never be back to 2902 E Fletcher ave in Tampa, Fl. They have lost a good customer.

I'm all about customer service, but there comes a time when customers go too far. I think sometimes people neglect to acknowledge fact that employees in restaurants are PEOPLE, not your personal servants.

There are times when they can be jerks, but a lot of the time they are following instructions from their management. And dude, why are you getting pissed off when you are clearly asking for something that is not on the menu??

You obviously have never worked in the service industry, and I get the feeling BK isn't the only restaurant, or business for that matter, that ticks you off. YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY PERSON ON EARTH.

I am a Burger King manager on the East coast. Aside from the possibility that this location does not sell croissants, which is very very unlikely, it is possible they didnt have any ready.

The croissants come frozen and have to be thawed the day before use. Maybe this location had only frozen ones untill the next day. Or maybe they did have some ready but the manager still said no. Why would he or she do that?

Two reasons. First- the cost of every single ingredient we buy has gone through the roof and yet our prices to the customer has increased little or none at all. This is true for most restaurants. Whopper Jr\'s are only 99 cents which is ridiculous.

They should be like $1.50. Anyway, a croissant cost 4 times as much as a bun, and perhaps that manager is tired of his store becoming more and more un profitable, thus cutting into his profit or bonus. The second reason is maybe they were busy and had so many customers that it would have been unwise to have an employee leave thier station to go all the way back there to look for a croissant when they have a ton of other customers to get through.

Incidentally, I would have honored the request, albeit reluctantly, just so as not to start an argument with a customer. And finally, as to the \"have it your way\" malarkey, that means we will make your sandwich with the condiments you want on it, and even though that slogan has not been used in years, when it was, the commercial always implied that it was in regards to toppings, not bread choices or how we cook the meat or things we do not sell etc...

Do they carry it at all? Perhaps that is why they did not give it your way.

If they do carry the crossant bread than why is it different than the other Burger Kings? I would surely speak with the manager and ask why the other Burger Kings meet provide it and they don't. Also I would call the head office of Burger King and see as to why this place is different than other's. If it is a simple case as they don't carry that bread then there is nothing you can do.

If you were being unrealistic about the have it your way then I can see why the manager would not go by the slogan, but your demands were not unrealistic.

Also another reason you were not hired was because of your attitude, you have to deal with people everyday, and customers don't like dealing with rude employees with attitudes, and if you don't know the difference between a girl and adult chance are you will mess up orders.

This burger king has me outraged! my food rang up to 5.00 and i gave the lady a 20 dollar bill! she said i gave her a 10 dollar bill, so the manager said that she counted the drawer and it was not over so i must be lieing! um..she gave me whopper coupons and said have a nice day...first of all i dont eat whoppers and i will never go back there. i want my ten dollars so i am writing the coporate office! I had to sit there and argue my case when the lady taking my money lied and didnt pay attention. The manager said it was word against word and it was just wrong!
