Burger King in Phoenix, Arizona - Was very rude to me

went to the Burger King at 1122 Ironsprings Road, Prescott AZ. I was on my lunch hour from work placed my order at the front counter. I ordered the chef's choice burger I waited over ten minutes to get my food. they only had two employees in the kitchen (at lunch time??) and they were more interested in laughing and acting silly then getting my order made. I asked the man at the counter (he said he was the General Manger) why it was taking so long, he was rude and said it takes 10 minutes to make the order and that if I was in such a rush why did I order what I did. I was LIVID! This is the last time I will take my hard earned money in this place. This restaurant use to be a good place to eat but since they have changed management it is awful. DON'T EAT THERE.

There is a reason Wendy's overtook BK as the #2 burger joint in the US...................BK is utter ***. Their food is nasty & greasy, their stores are outdated and usually dirty and don't get me started on that *** *** king mascot they used to have.

I read an article not long ago talking about how BK switched ad agencies to try to improve their image and be taken 'more seriously'. Come on guys, it'll take a lot more than a few 'serious' commercials to combat years of sucking.

I worked in burger king luton and I swithed from part time to full time for that I gave full time letter to my manager as well but I didn't get my pay as full time then everything get messed up after two weeks I got pay but My NI tax of 40 pounds get deducted even-though I didn't work much just because of previous issue. and one more problem I got at once my till get down by 80 pounds and I really don't no why then restaurant manager told me to pay 40 pounds even-though did't had my fault at that day even I was on break of 30 min and I took change from manager may be in that their is fault.

I worked allot their but the environment is not at all good they treat people too badly as well as if they need 2 people then also they wanted to work by one only. just hate BK.

Burger King in South Salem, New York - Burgerking use dirty oil for frenchfries 09/02/11

09/02/11 10:40pm 146st northern blvd flushing ny I order large frenchfries. It came with black powder on it. I thought i might be a pepper. The taste was weired. I request to change to new one. Manager changed to another one which was same condition. The manager said that it is not dirty one. It is how oild was. What does meen? Burgerking use dirty oil for frenchfries and let customer eat it. I was not able to eat at all. When my husband complained second time they changed to onionring. I took a picture for evidence of bad service. I wish same thing is not happen again.

Burger King in Monticello,MN

We received coupons for Burger King it is a 70 mile round trip for my family to go there my grandaughter who is a disabled Marine wanted to go and use these coupons when we got there the Manager said her registers weren't set up to take the coupons come back tomorrow. When we explained this was not feasible (at $4 a gallon) she said to bad. My granddaughter went in to talk to her and again she said there is nothing she was going to do and it was just to bad. I came home and contacted customer relations for Burger King..Wow big surprise no answer from them at all. I am not really surprised if you cannot even train your personnel in customer relations you sure are going to bother trying to straighten anything out. Also Military means nothing to this business either. Maybe Burger King is in the wrong country!! THey are never going to get our business or my family's business

The fact that your granddaughter was military shouldn't have anything to do with anything. She's not entitled to anything just because she served in the military.

That being said, if everything in your story is true, that burger king was completely in the wrong. The worker sounded very rude. And to Ronald Mcdonald - coupons are accepted at "participating locations." From the sounds of it, and the fact that they were saying the coupons would be accepted the next day, they are a participating location.

The fact that they wouldn't accept it one day but would the next is ridiculous and terrible business. It sounds to me like it was just one worker being extremely lazy and not wanting to deal with a coupon.

The Most Suck *** Burger King Ever!!!

Me and My sister went to Burger King yesterday in Dallas on Peterson Lane and was treated very rudely. My sister ordered a bacon cheese burger which the bread was hard so she asked for fresh bread she gets her burger back with no bacon so she went inside and said I paid for bacon the shift manager told her no. Went back in the drive way where the manager told my sister to shut up and that she would not give the money back. Other employee told us to get our *** out *** you and other words which was all caught on camera...we called the police over this and they told us to call corporate which is no answer all over bacon are you for real!!!!!!!!

BURGER KING : RAW BURGER & BAD SERVICE

Raw Burger & Bad Service; Burger King #9258, 3164 E. McDowell Rd., Phoenix, AZ. Tuesday May 3, 2011 at 10:44am. Ordered 2 whoppers, 1st one was ok, second one: I took 3 bites & noticed slightly different flavor then saw red patty. Employees seemed they did not want to listen to complaint and or do anything about it. Manager finally offered to have another cooked for me. I was disgusted with the previous and said no. A REFUND AND AN APPOLOGY would have worked. No refund and no appology. Have read other BK complaints and have noticed from last few that I've viisited: BK CLEANLINESS AND QUALITY CONTINUE TO DECLINE. Burger King: worst customer service of any chain!

I just had another incident with burger king, and guess what, they screwed me again! I'm not mad about the mistake that much, and I wasn't at the time, but I am %&$@ing fed up to my $%# @$#% ears with burger king's refusal to handle any of these complaints. There is no way to get them to listen short of going in the location everyday trying to find a manager and getting ready for ANOTHER arguement. What happened to customer service, and when did it turn into the customer is always wrong. This passive ignorance tactic that burger king is using is infuriating and I for one am going to take a more pro active role in attacking this greedy, arrogant company!
