so sorry too hear about your experience. You should call the corporate office or go too their website too complain.

None of these customer has too deal with this employees that act like this. They should be fired.

Hello this is in reference to your store #3375. I had an awful experience there today. Well every time I actually go, which is not often, but enough to know I'm about to stop completely. Today roughly about 7pm I went through Drive-Thru. The man taking the orders rang everything up seprately and when I told him it was the meal he put a vanilla shake. I told him the whole screen was incorrect and he tells me My total and says window please. I'm a bit irratated at this point. I'm trying to treat my visiting family for dinner and They can't take a simple order. I ordered 2 rodeo burgers with regular onions added. And the number 7 meal with no onions and a cherry vanilla coke. They kept trying to give me a vanilla shake. I asked to have the order read back to me before I paid for anything. One guy just walks off and the other guy stops and looks after him. After about 45 seconds he starts reading it ALLL wrong. I ask to look at the receipt. The boy stated he could not. The boy who walked off came over printed it off and I looked at it. Its all rang up wrong. And each item was separate. I stated this to him. And asked why I'm not being charged for the meal and it is being rang up this way he state's this is how we ring things up. For 1) that makes no sense. 2) that's robbing people of their money. And 3) items are taxes by the item. So therefore it's adding about $1.29 on to the customers order for no reason. In the end the other guy (the one that walked away) went to speak with someone came back and rang the order up for the third time. When we finally received our order it was A) cold B) the meat was OLD OLD OLD and TASTED like a RUBBER ROCK. THE ONION RINGS WERE NOT cooked thoroughly. And C) there were onions on the number 7 and on the rodeo burgers there were extra onion RINGS (they were supposed to be regular) and maybe a drop of the rodeo sauce... I'm very upset about this I spent $7.03 on the food and I get this. Just like whomever is reading this expects to get a good value for their money I do as well. As my aunt and I are driving away a man that looks super dirty (worker) Dirty uniform not clean cut his beard (not completely an actual beard) looked unkempt and his arms looked like dirt was smeared all over it. He was picking trash up in drive thru. Not very clean or well maintained. I will say this I will NOT be going back to this store.
