I have eaten at the Burger King's inside of the Birmingham, Alabama and Jacksonville, Florida Greyhound Bus Stations. They were the perfect complement to one another.

Disrespect at Burger King
On Dec. 30, 2017" I entered thel location at Twelve-A Broad St. , Atlanta, Ga. I ordered the junior whopper, the cashier she said her name was Diamond, a young African American woman not only was she rude but she was verbally hostile towards me, she threw my change at me, I asked to speak to the manager she said her na.e was Tonreisha, she was also a African American she was hostile and very belligent towards me , I was shockef and appalled at this behavior, such utter disrespect, no morals, no tespect for human life, whatever happened to coutesy and treating the customer with respect. What a horrible experience, I feared for my life. This happened at the Burger King located at Twelve-A BroadSt. Atlanta, Ga.

I asked the young lady to correct the order and she got the bag and slammed the window shut and told me to move up, so apparently that's why you gave me a croissant in the first place because no biscuits were ready and so u just decided to give me what you wanted to give me, I told her just refund my money, the manager came to register and refunded money, didn't apologize or ask what happened just said give me the card that you paid with. Incompetent Burger King employees
They have the most incompetent people working at Burger King. Having your sandwich your way is a joke! They obviously do not care about customer service nor what the customer wants. I believe that is why they are closing down BK restaurants because people are tired of it.

Says the person who is throwing what fit because they require social interaction when exchanging money for food. It's fast food.
Anyone who actually enjoys working in customer service is in denial. By your logic, all fast food employees would have to be fired.
