I asked the young lady to correct the order and she got the bag and slammed the window shut and told me to move up, so apparently that's why you gave me a croissant in the first place because no biscuits were ready and so u just decided to give me what you wanted to give me, I told her just refund my money, the manager came to register and refunded money, didn't apologize or ask what happened just said give me the card that you paid with. Says the person who is throwing what fit because they require social interaction when exchanging money for food. It's fast food.

Anyone who actually enjoys working in customer service is in denial. By your logic, all fast food employees would have to be fired.

Burger King - Didn't get item ordered

Went to the Highland In Burger King and again didn't get all the items I ordered. When contacted they stated they were sorry and would gladly give me the item I paid for if I would again return to the store. No offer was made to offset my time or gas. Burger King is making a portion of their revenue from shorting customers that can't return to the store to get their paid for items.

Burger King #6869 - Order #67 - Wed. Oct. 8 - 5:02pm I pull up to the drive through box. The voice that came on wasn't understandable and I had to ask her to repeat 3 times. I pull up to pickup window and give her my money....no acknowledgement. She is busy talking with the other women about her girlfriend "who needs to go to therapy". My food comes up ..... the woman takes the bag and hands it out the window sideways...never making eye contact...and says NOTHING. I sarcastically say "you're welcome" but get no response. Your company couldn't have been represented in a more unprofessional, rude manner. I WON'T BE BACK.
