Burger King Coupon Review

Tried to use BK coupons on the NY Thruway. "sorry, we don't take coupons" , and they charge more than you'd pay off the highway. The coupons don't say that they are not good at some stores. Good grief!

USED 3 COUPONS, THE CASHIER DID 4 DIFFERENT TRANSACTIONS FOR MY TOTAL PURCHASE OF OVER $25.00. I PURCHASED 4 WHOPPERS WITH A COUPON BY 1 GET 1 FREE, NEXT SALE 2 CHICKEN SANDWICHES AND 2 SMALL FRY $4.99 COUPON, THEN COUPON FOR 2 WHOPPER JRS AND 2 SMALL FRIES FOR $3.99, NEXT SALE 2 LARGE DRINKS AND 2 LARGE FRIES. WHEN I GOT HOME I WAS MISSING THE CHICKEN SANDWICHES AND 2 SMALL FRIES ORDER, 1 WHOPPER. CALLED THE STORE SPOKE SHANE EXPLAINED THATWHAT WAS SHANE STATED THAT HE WOULDNT REPLACE MY ORDER REGARDLESS AND YELLED AT MY WIFE. WENT BACK TO STORE ASKED FOR MY MISSING FOOD, SHANE YELLED AT ME GOT IN MY FACE AND TOLD ME TO *** OFF. HE WANTED TO FIGHT ME, I ASKED FOR JACKIE THE MANAGER WHO SENT SHANE TO THE OFFICE. I take my daughter to BK at least 3 times a week as she likes your burgers. She is mentally challenged so to give her self confidence I have her go in, order and pay for her purchase. Today she came back out and said the Hispanic employee was yelling at her and would not give her a cup for a drink. said do you want your food or not. problem was my daughter thought coupon said burger,frys and drink which it did not include a drink as she thought. your employee should not have yelled at her but should have explained and showed coupon to her. My daughter came to get me and I went in to find out why employee asked if she wanted her food seeing as how it was already paid for. Very unprofessional and we are Hispanic also. no more BK for us. location Eastchase and elderville Ft. Worth. Tx.

Burger King in Phoenix, Arizona - Fraud advertising

Twice I went into the Wickenburg Burger King with coupons saying two chicken sandwiches for $4.99. Both times they over charged me by 40 or 50 cents. When I questioned them they gave me some lame excuse about the computer. They would not give me the change back, nor offer any discount. Imagine how much money someone would make if they keep 50 cents everytime a customer comes in with the coupon. Their excuse did not satisfy me and it was obvious they did not care. Looks like fraud to me and should be investigated. I will not do business with Bk ever again.

Burger King, Wrong Food, No Response

I received the wrong food when visiting a Burger King Restaurant in Duluth, MN. The burger I received should have had two patties, not just the one. I called the restaurant and explained what happened. I described the burger to the young man on the phone, and compared that with the receipt. He agreed with me that i was indeed, the wrong product. The young man offered to send me a coupon, as I would not be returning to that restaurant anytime soon. The coupon never arrived. The young man never apologized. I feel ripped off by this particular Burger King. I'm voting with my money by not eating there. Sign me, Still waiting for my courtesy 'Sorry we ripped you off' coupon.

Burger King Manager has a nasty attitute towards customer

I visited the Burger King on Shady Grove Road in Gaithersburg, Md. Placed my order and submitted two separate coupons which the cashier quickly informed me that I could not combine two coupons togetther. I indicated that I understood and would purchase a second meal in order to be able to use both coupons while I was there. The cashier mistakenly forgot to add the free item from the coupon on the receipt. No problem, I mentioned it to the person who handed me the meal which he quickly identified himself as the manager. I requested that he step over and consult with the employee who helped me. He got indignant and indicated that he was the manager and I got exactly what was on my order. I informed him the cashier forgot to add the free ice cream, he got very upset and started raising his voice and informed me again that he was the manager and that his employee gave me the correct order. The cashier who waited on me saw us in discussion and stepped over to assist. The cashier did indicate that he had forgotten to add the free ice cream from the second coupon. The manager looks at me and stated with a very arrogant attitude "do you see free ice cream listed on the receipt" ? I had had enough of his arrogant attitude and his nasty tone so I told him you will not speak to me that way. I was not nasty nor arressive when I addressed you and you will not speak to me that way. He once again indicated that he was the manager. I also informed him that I was also a manager which at this point is completely irrelevant. He was not backing down and neither was I, I watched him several weeks ago speaking to an employee that bothered me then. I was not gooing to be treated that way. During our exchange of words I noticed the line getting backed up and people looking at both of us so I decided to instruct him to cancel the order and refund my money, which he indiucated that he was not going to return the two coupons that I walked into the store with. I figured that I was not going to be returning so I did not challenge him on the return of the two coupons. I apologized to the cashier because it was not his fault, the commotion was caused by the managers poor attitude and his relucntance to determine if the cashier simply overlooked an item prior to finalizing my order, instead of treating me like I was dishonest.

This is disappointing, especially when I WORK at Burger King. Our managers never raise their voices.

Burger King- Blatant Racism!

I used to work at the Burger King in Towson, Maryland. I was the cashier. Every single day I had customers telling me I was the nicest cashier they ever had working there, that I was the friendliest, the most professional person they had ever seen, including the manager, and that they appreciated how I took the time to smile and greet them, read back their orders to make certain they were rung up correctly, and that I did my best to apply any and all discounts to their orders before I read their totals to them, without being asked. I felt that was just decent customer service. However, my manager didn't seem to like how I would put the customer first, and she would tell the cooks to prepare my orders last, or to slow down so that customers would have to wait, and then yell at me when the customers would complain. Aside from that, she would take money from my drawer, and "forget" to tell me about it, only to charge me for it the next day, saying that the company policy was that I either paid the shortage, or not work that day, and worst of all, was the snide comments I would hear constantly. The nicest thing I was ever called there was "the white girl". I was mocked and made fun of on an ongoing basis, mainly over the way I would apologize to the customers nearly constantly (lord knows they deserved apoligies!!), but the final insult was the day my manager called my name, and when i turned around to respond to her, she threw bottled water in my face and screamed out "ITS HOLY WATER!!" Then ran into the back of the restaurant laughing about how she had just baptized the white demon. 2 days later I was fired because I honored a coupon for a customer, and also gave him his senior discount, as he was a senior citizen, and a complimentary cup for water, as he requested. I was called a thief, and terminated, and not given a chance to even defend myself. When I called coorporate regarding the racist behaviour, I was told that nothing would be done, because I had been fired, and that I had been given a handbook, so why didn't I contact coorporate before I had been fired, when maybe something could have been done? I am absolutely disgusted to say the least.

No one should have to put up with it! Should a white person be able to call you racial slurs and then tell you to "get over it"?

No! If everyone worked together to stop racism instead of having your bitter attitude, it wouldn't be such a problem.

They may have told you that nothing could be done because they don't want a law suit against them. If these things are on camera, it will stand in court.

Also if you have witnesses.

I would look into it. That is just outright wrong what happened to you.
