i ordered 4 dbl chez burgers,2 cheezeburgers,2 sm fries and i o-ring at 12.13 pm on 02/28/2012 at the buger king at 2309.s.seneca

as i waited 20 mins(by the way the guy before me waited 25 mins)the store manager showed up and melissa who was working the register said to the store manager"thank god you are here i was about to *** my pants"along with some older lady getting a cold buger old off the line and her being told it was fresh off the line.

several other customers where unhappy with their service and where argue with melissa and the store manager(don`t know his name) an was denied the knowledge who the franchise owner was so i called 1-866-394-2493 that is the customer corperate service number as well as calling the store manager and leaving a voice mail and never getting called back by him
