Had an issue with an order experience. Called BK CS the same day.
Rep told me that I would receive call from Supervisor for refund. Never happened:
Waited in line for 30 minutes for an online order that I placed well prior to arriving. Literally 30 minutes minimum before I got my order. Called BK customer service the same day.
The representative told me I would receive a call from a Supervisor for a refund. This has not happened to date. Also. The BK did not seem to be following Covid-19 protocols.
The customer at the window when I pulled up had their barefoot child outside of the car right near the window. As was the driver themself. Neither wearing masks as I recall. They seemed to know an employee and were resting outside of their car against the window.
They passed several bags between the window and the car. None of this should be ok with the precautions BK is supposedly taking.
User's recommendation: Avoid Burger King altogether!!!!
Monetary Loss: $15.
Preferred solution: Lol. They didn't respond to the BBB complaint. They won't here either. Just want the incident to be recorded..
Burger King Cons: Lied to about times of service, Never eat here again.
