I have shopped at your location 7809 in Mason, Ohio for years, but the service has gone down hill over time. Food not hot (I live 1 mile from it) have to nuke it when I get home, incorrect orders, oh boy, can't count the times!!!
Sat in the drive through 3 cars, including me 15 minutes
Last week 09/17 I ordered 2 sausage, egg and cheese croissants, 3 sausage biscuits....got the croissants, 3 sausage, egg and cheese biscuits, charged me $10.00...didn't realize it until I got home.
I tried 4 times to call...no one answered.
09/26/20 cars, including me 10 minute wait. I asked to speak to a manager. I told him this time, I'd like to get the order right. 3 sausage biscuits.....we don't have any biscuits, he replied.
So I did not even get to finish the rest of my order.
Oven's broken, I'm not a maintenance man, did not offer any other assistance.
I left. Pissed??

Also pot holes all over the place. It seems the franchisee holder doesn't really care.
KINGS ISLAND IS LESS THAN A MILE AWAY FOR GOD'S SAKE!!!!
