They're didn't take care of me

they didn't take care of us because we went in there just before 10 and we asked him if they could help us with the 244 and they wouldn't they didn't want to help so. they didn't take care of his very good they were very rude and they wouldn't let us have our service animals come in and it.

Im very dissatisfied a second trip to this store

i would like an email back please , my order was not good at all approx a month ago. i understand they were short on help but wanted to have it corrected . i spoke w rich who told me go back anytime and that was yesterday . well i went to your drive through where mgr was taking a smoke break and the girl who spoke to me said sorry were closed !!! at 758 pm. i asked why she first said not enough help then gave more excuses. there was a mgr and the girl at least they didnt even try to make an order for me nor anyone else. my second time im very pissed. not only did they not even try to help a customer , me but they lost alot of money for your company . plus the loss of cutomers

Retirement cash out

Im trying to cash out my 401k since I no longer work for Burger King, I printed out the necessary paperwork and turned it into the Burger King I was formerly employed by and I have yet to receive any type of information or any feedback on it.

Cashier would not give me a receipt when I asked for one she gave me my money back

Cashier would not give me a receipt said that all the cash registers were out of receipt paper and she could not write a receipt when I demanded one she said I don't need your business then gave me my money back not all of it she was 20 cents short and said she didn't need this s***what type of company can't write a receipt or have receipt paper in the whole store I did not leaving with no food and being yelled at by a disgruntled employee

Today, May 1, 2021, I drove to the Wood Chapel Road Burger King in Blue Springs, MO to purchase two Whooper Jr. burgers and 2 small fries with a coupon $3.99.

The server over the intercom asked is it a July 5, 2021 coupon? I replied and he told me to pull up to the window. I arrived and was told (by another server) it cost $5.42. I said I have the coupon it should not be that much.

He said I just work here. Then Mike (the first server I spoke with) told me yeah and pushed a bag of two chicken sandwiches and fries at me. I said that is not what I ordered. Mike was not pleased and said yes it is.

I told him to check the coupon. Another server came to help and while looking at the coupon, Mike called me a devil lady and slammed the window shut. Mike tried to keep arguing - I told him to shut up and pay attention - the female server showed him the error of his ways. He then corrected the money error and apologized for the wait.

I finally was able to leave with my corrected meal and money. I don't usually complain, but being called a devil lady was too much as I was trying to be calm and Mike escalated the matter for no reason. Had he been more calm instead of rushing (for no reason) it would not have come to this. I think he could use some anger management training and how to handle situations better.

Company Representative refused to honor the coupon

Burger King and its employees are refusing to honor coupons. They are attempting to steal coupons from consumers which are allowed to be used at multiple locations.

They are not the only fast food restaurant doing that. The franchise owners and employees dont respect corporate enough to honor the coupons given to consumers. The company looses money and consumers every time a coupon is denied and taken from consumers.

The cashier tried to steal my coupon and then claimed to be the manager of the store. The coupon thief couldnt speak English very well and if given a proficiency exam he would have failed.

The other employees of the store also went along with the employee who refused to honor the coupon and steal it from me. The employee who attempted to steal my coupon from me was out of uniform.

He also tried to mentally manipulate me.

The employees also attempted to tell me that there was something wrong with me.

The employees was a African American male who was 6ft tall and had a goatee. He deserves to be fired anyone else that went along with it deserves to be fired too.

I went through drive through and I checked my food at the window because every time I come here my food isnt right. The lady at the window was not happy I was checking my food at the window. I was missing my Onion rings...so I told the lady they were missing and she was very rude. Asked for my Receipt and so I gave it to her. Then she left me sitting at the window for five minutes to get them. Also Im not to worried about covid but a lot of people are and the lady that handed out my food had on a mask but it was under her nose and mouth resting under her chin. Good way to get calls to the health department.
