June 27 Sunday night, 11:55 pm store location, SE Powell Bkvd &;;;;;;; Se Foster Blvd Portland, OR Employee did not respond at drive through intercom nor at window. They closed early. When I waited at the window the manager finally appeared, however, he was rushed and gave me a bad look and refused to speak to me . He is dark haired, about 5'5" 45 yaers old, Hispanic. He works hard but has a generally bad, agressive attitude. Your store hours are advertised at a closing hour of 12PM and NOT 11:55PM. I am hesitant to patronize that establishment again anytime soon and have a bad feeling about this guy.Be read attitude 1

I stopped at the Burger King in Evans Ga at 10pm on June 23, 2021. Mind you, I was the ONLY car in the drive thru. The cashier was pleasant guy, no issue there. My issue was the fact my whole meal was cold. So I asked for a refund. The shift manager comes to the window and says absolutely nothing to me. No apologies or anything. I work in the food industry and that is not customer service. If you dont want to do your job then stay at home. Unacceptable. Store number is 1_196

Burger King - BK App is a Scam
This app is a scam They are not directly tied to BK. Placed an order, received a confirmation, got to BK, and was told they were out of the item. They could not substitute and could not refund. You have to send an "email" to customer support to request a refund. A few days later they will reply and tell you it will be 3 days before you receive your money back.

Didnt get my food... Horrible location, always an issue

Didn't get food...last time went to this location(YC Stabler lane), food was not good- dried out and not warm...before that rude and forgot food...I do not like going there. Other location is further away and yet I keep giving this location chances. When I call there to mention it they do not pick up their phone. I will not go there anymore.

I ordered bogo impossible whoppers made differently, but both with cheese. I made it home and neither had cheese. I looked at my receipt and found I had, in fact, paid for cheese; I called the restaurant and told the manager the order number and the problem. He asked me to repeat the order so I did. He told me the cook remembers putting cheese on the burgers (the restaurant was busy, so I don't know how the cook would remember this order)! The MANAGER then proceeded to tell me to come back to the restaurant to get another order, but besides that, nothing could be done. - I had to right their wrong!check your food

Company Representative refused to honor the coupon

Burger King and its employees are refusing to honor coupons. They are attempting to steal coupons from consumers which are allowed to be used at multiple locations.

They are not the only fast food restaurant doing that. The franchise owners and employees dont respect corporate enough to honor the coupons given to consumers. The company looses money and consumers every time a coupon is denied and taken from consumers.

The cashier tried to steal my coupon and then claimed to be the manager of the store. The coupon thief couldnt speak English very well and if given a proficiency exam he would have failed.

The other employees of the store also went along with the employee who refused to honor the coupon and steal it from me. The employee who attempted to steal my coupon from me was out of uniform.

He also tried to mentally manipulate me.

The employees also attempted to tell me that there was something wrong with me.

The employees was a African American male who was 6ft tall and had a goatee. He deserves to be fired anyone else that went along with it deserves to be fired too.

My husband went to the Burger King on Western Avenue in South Bend Indiana to pick up a sandwich for his elderly aunt. The Restaurant Manager Kim was very Rude. Its not the first time either. I told his Aunt to call CORPORATE and complain. She used my phone and made a complaint. You can't complain to the District manager Michelle due to the fact that they are BEST FRIENDS. They go on Vacations together and do things together. Well a few minutes after the Aunt made the call, the district manager called my phone and left a voice mail to call her. I'm like WTF?? Well, I was an employee at that store and quit after a month. Well, the district manage called me and wanted me to come back to the store so that she could talk to me...I was like WTF??? I've been there a month, you are at the restaurant every single day and NOT ONCE HAVE YOU ACKNOWLEDGED me, besides I quit so I have nothing more to say to you or Kim. So, tomorrow morning I will be calling corporate myself and have them get a hold of their district manager and tell her to lose my phone number!!!
