Not getting my My office

On 6-16-22 about 7:30 p.m. I went to inside dining.
There was no one to take my order. A man whom I presume is the manager since he was not wearing a uniform hollered quite loudly for Dominic. He did this very loudly. About the 5th time he hollered he said Dominic do your job.
Still no Dominic came forth. This man then came to the register. I told him I had a coupon and showed it and gave the number. Usually, cashiers take the number and make the order.
This man gave me a look like I was the stupidest person on earth and acted like he didn't recognize a coupon. He said he wanted the coupon. I tore it out of the ad and he took it and ripped it into pieces and threw it in the trash and walked away to work the fry line and fill orders. After waiting for him, I asked if he was going to take my order.
He shook his head and said that I disrespected him and then started to wait on the next customer. Still no Dominic. That's when I became angry. I asked to speak to the manager and he waved me off and indicated he was waiting on the next customer.
I then told him I was going to report to corporate. I have been going to this location for years and have never had such an upsetting experience. I really wouldn't want him fired but he need some re-education in customer relations and employee relations. The employees there seem to be afraid of this person and he seems to snap at them.
I appreciate the fact that there is an employee crisis right now. I do not know this fellows name. He is late 30's, early 40's, slight build, salt and pepper hair. He has an accent which reminds me of Hawaiian.
I am concerned about the way he treats his staff. Me, I'm just another customer who can be replaced.
It will be a long time before I go back to my favorite store location. Regards, Scott Bengoechea.

Preferred solution: I really don't want any thing from you. I usually wouldn't bother with this type of thing. I usually just accept poor service as a sign of the times, but his was especially egregious. BK is my go to burger store.

You probably would have just been better off ordering them as they normally are made and then just pull off the cheese when you get home. Either that or just eat your meal inside of the "restaurant" so that when you discover that you don't have any eggs but have cheese, you can just walk back up to the counter and tell them so that they can remake your order to them.
Be sure to talk real slow and clearly because Boogers King employees are often dense and don't understand simple instructions. Or if you just have to get your order to go, unwrap each sandwich and inspect them before you drive away. Good Luck! ...

Went to Burger King this morning in Greensboro North Carolina on West market Street and encountered one of the rudest managers or employees that was there. Her name was Jennifer Williams and she was upset because she was the only employee there and she refused to wait on me and I asked her what she having a bad day and she said no and she made me wait on my order for about 10 minutes then she came outside with an attitude and just rudely handed me my stuff and didn't say anything and walked off just because her employees did not show up doesn't mean to take it out on a customer because I had nothing to do with that I would like the situation handle completely because her customer service skills are horrible I didn't deserve it and I would like for her to be dealt with.

I am an over the road professional commercial driver and I frequently make stops to eat at the a Burger King located at TX-349 **** Rankin Hwy. Now due to the fact that I have a big rig I'm not able to go thru drive thru so I must walk up to the drive thru window today I was in line at 10:49 exactly and at the window 10:54pm and was denied service because they wanted to leave early is what I was told by the drive thru employee.
And the manager came to the window and also said that they already cleaned everything and I wouldn't be able to be served. Now does the meaning close at 11pm mean that if you come anytime before that 11pm you are supposed to be recognized as a customer and provided service.. Or does it mean we close at 10:50pm and anything within that 10 minutes is denied service. This was the rudest and most unprofessional food service night crew I've ever come across.
To the point where the manager resembled a regular employee and not management. Very uncourteous and handled the situation as thoe managing is not of any importance to her or representing Burger King either.

Never was contacted via BK . Apparently they could care less ?
I have had problems at Burger Kings at several outlets, the record is like ..., 10 different BK’s visited BUT only 1 that was a good one ,serving a good product ! SHAME on me if I ever go to another BK !

Food sat for over 30 minutes. Over charged, did not include the meal deal.
After waiting on my order, the manager finally came to window and stated he had just realized his cook had disappeared. I requested a refund but was totally ignored. Food finally came out, whoppers gushed with mayo. Tomatoes was soggy from the heat, FF was cold, non-edible, cokes were flat.
The worst service, and food I have ever received from BK #10945 Locust Grove, Ga. order# 91 drive through. transaction ID: 24905-2****-00921-02**** $29.56 for 3 whopper meals. I expect a refund or coupons to reorder my meals.
