BURGER KING FOUND SOMETHING IN BURGER

CALLED 4X NO CALLED BACK, EMAILED BK, NO EMAIL/CALL FRM CORP. GOT CALL FROM REG MGR PASSED OFF TO ORIGNAL STORE MGR WHO HAD NOT CALLED B4 BUT DID THIS TIME. WANTED ME TO DELIVER ITEM, WENT BUT HE WASNT THERE, EXPLAIND COULDNT SET TIME AS IAM IN CHEMO & CANT POREDICT WHEN I CAN DRIVE, SAID COME TO MY HM 2X BUT CANCELLED , WONT SIGN A COPY OF THE BILL WITH PICTURE OF ITEM FOUND IN BURGER. CANT GIVE ME ANY PROOF I GAVE HIM ANYTHING. Burger King, Wrong Food, No Response

I received the wrong food when visiting a Burger King Restaurant in Duluth, MN. The burger I received should have had two patties, not just the one. I called the restaurant and explained what happened. I described the burger to the young man on the phone, and compared that with the receipt. He agreed with me that i was indeed, the wrong product. The young man offered to send me a coupon, as I would not be returning to that restaurant anytime soon. The coupon never arrived. The young man never apologized. I feel ripped off by this particular Burger King. I'm voting with my money by not eating there. Sign me, Still waiting for my courtesy 'Sorry we ripped you off' coupon.

Burger King review in Holliston, Massachusetts: Unsanitary play area

Burger King, 109 Main Street, Medway, MA. This is the second time I've been to this location when the play area was filthy. This time I actually took pictures with my iPhone. There was food and waste paper products all over the climbing structure. People threw their trash and food tray in the mesh areas in the climbing structure too. A little girl was there playing when we arrived and her mother was asking what she had done exactly because her clothes were brown with filth. I will not be back there to play. Gross, unsanitary and disgraceful to all.

If I had my way restaurants wouldn't have play areas for kids. You go to restaurants to eat, not play.

I would also eliminate the toys in kids meals. I used to work in a fast food place and we didn't have a play area, but I saw all kinds of uneaten kids meals, but the "chintzy" little toy was gone.

Burger king -Waited 30 mins in drive through!

Worst Burger king! Towanda,pa! This happened to me 2 times! pulled up behind a line and the drive thru is to tight so you can't turn or back out or anything to get out of line 2 cars behind me so we just decided to order 30 minutes! it took us to get to the window!! and the girl never said sorry for the wait didn't even give me my fries had to drive out front and go in! said sorry about the was soo mad by then! Went home my meat on my burger was cold and old so gross! made me sick! HATE THAT PLACE NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

You should have been able to tell before you entered the line that there wouldn't be immediate service. How many cars were ahead of you in the line, there must have been quite a few.

Also why should the girl working at the window apologize, for the fact that there were several customers ahead of you. You pulled into the line. As far as you not getting your fries at the window, if a fast food place is really busy, there are a lot of times when the place is really busy, be it inside or at the drive up. When that happens at the drive up, the customer is told to pull ahead and park in a given area and when the item they are waiting for an employee runs it out to them.

When it happens inside the restaurant the customer is told to go to their table and somebody will bring it out to them. You must not be real familiar with how fast food operates.

Burger King review in Minneapolis, Minnesota: Burgerking - St.Louise Park, MN

I had to post this online.. so im fresh off work.. drive about a mile to a BK (loyal customer) get to the drive thru.. order a regular whopper combo meal and hershey pie the lady puts an apple pie up says sorry changes it.. and right before i pull up i see the screen changing.. i get to the window waited about 10 mins then pay 11$ to come home to a double whopper meal with cheese! i tried to call the store let it ring for 2 mins.. nothing! tried to call the customer service number 18664254745 and that doesnt work!! wowzers! i feel so dumb just because the asian lady working was throwing my food at me while im trying to look in my bag and i get home cant even call nothing this sucks pretty big! i think im going to keep looking online for places to complain! not cool!! ugh!!

Fast food places don't answer their phones if they are busy. You got what you paid for.

If you didn't want two meat patties you could take one off, put it in the fridge, and reheat the next day and slap it on a bun.

I never use drive throughs because they tend to be busy and there is more chance for mix-up. You also could have pulled over and checked your order to make sure it was what you had ordered, and if not went inside with it and complained.
