Burger King review in Nottingham, Maryland: Cheese

How come burger King is adding a .50 cent charge to there sandwiches for cheese,when there competitors r not ,there sandwiches prices r the same price as your sandwiches and there sandwiches come with cheese with cheese, this is just another way for burger king to pinch a dollar when before there was no charge separate for cheese.that is why McDonalds is more costomer costomer friendly then burger king. You serious need to fire who sat in a QIP MEETING AND DECIDED TO SCREW THE CONSUMER ONCE AGAIN FOR A PIECE OF CHEESE!!!!!!!! WHAT A TOTAL RIP OFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

All the fast food places remodel on a given schedule. For one thing when they remodel, they have to close for a given amount of time.

Some of them keep the drive through open while the remodeling is going on and some don't. Either way it isn't your home to complain about.

Burger king on orange ave roanoke va

I went in burger king on orange Ave. In roanoke va on Dec. 6 2012. It was buy a whopper get one $55 cent. I ordered 4 whoppers made with only mayo, pickle, ketchup, onion, and bacon. The girl up front that told my order was short with glass she was every rude, acted like she didn't want to take my order, then I hear her tell a black lady I hate *** customers and the black lady said yeah sometimes its like that. Then my order was messed up. I was every unhappy and I hope I don't have to deal with that anymore.

When you order food at fast food places, you should always check your order before leaving the register or drive through window. That way if anything is wrong you can easily get it corrected.

Burger King review: Horrible Customer Service at 10612 Sheldon Road, Tampa, FL

I went through the drive thru and they messed up a simple Caesar salad order and gave Apple Cranberry salad instead. When I asked for Light Ranch dressing, they said they didn't have it, so I opted for Light Caesar instead. I come home to find out not only did I didn't get the dressing I wanted (which ended up being Balsamic), I got a completely different salad. To top it all off I didn't receive a receipt when I asked for one. I called them to complain about my order and the employee laughed at me and gave the phone to some al Marie who claimed to be the "Manager". When I asked to be compensated on my messed up order and wasting my gas and time she said she wasn't the manager but the Assistant Manager (who knows if she was lying about that). I went to get my order and I was asked for proof, of course I didn't get a receipt in the first place, so how could I have proven that my order was messed up. I came home wasting a quarter tank of gas, 45min, and an empty stomach.

If you used a quarter of a tank of gas to go to Burger King you have major problem----you either drive a gas guzzler or don't use the brains the good Lord gave you. When you purchase food at a fast food place, you should check the order before leaving the site.

There is absolutely no reason to not do this. As far as the dressing goes quit complaining about that, if you were taking your salad home, I would assume you have dressings at home.

It's not that hard to speak and understand proper English well enough to get an order right. At least learn English enough to know the *** menu.

Burger king always messes up my orders. In fact, just the other day, I ordered a double cheese burger, got charged for a double cheese burger, but when my girlfriend takes a ***, it has 1 patty in it.

Not 2, but 1. WTF?

Burger King Aberdeen Proving Ground

First of all this is the slowest Burger King around, at lunch it's a mess when people are waiting most of their lunch time on their food. I went today 11/13/2012 through the drive through since there was not a lot of people in line and thought it would be faster than going inside. I ordered a Double Stacker which comes with bacon in which I was informed they had no bacon so I said OK no bacon is fine, then I was asked what would I like to drink and I asked for a Coke, which I was informed they had no Coke. What type of Fast Food doesn't have CocaCola? Absolutely absurd! Need to look at their management and see how these problems can be addressed.

I hate to break it to you, but not all fast food places have Coke-----some have Pepsi. As far as having to wait for your food goes, did it ever occur to you that maybe an employee was a "no show" or that somebody had called in sick and they hadn't been able to find another employee that could come in as a replacement?

TWO EMPLOYEES ONE NAME MARINA AND ONE NAMED COURTNEY WERE SWINGING AND DPUSHING ONE ANOTHER ON THE BUN CARtDS. WELL SOME KIND OF ROLLING CARTS. Very dangerous and unsanitary. WHEN I DAW THIS I DECIDED TO NEVER EAT AT BURGER KING. AFTER ASKING A COUPLE PEOPLE I FOUND OUT THAT THE MANAGER ON DUTY WHEN THESE YOUNG LADIES DID THIS WAS A YOUNG MAN WHOM HAS A CRASH ON MARINA. I AM VERY EASILY TURNND AWAY FROM RESTAURANTS FOR UNSANITARY REASONS. ID HATE TO KNOW MY FOOD WAS PREVIOUSLY SITTNG ON ONE OF THOE BASKET WHERE SOMEONES SHOE. ONCE WAS.

Burger King review in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota: Learn Spanish before eating at BK

I am very disappointed in every experience with this Burger King. I stopped going before a renovation because it was dirty. I thought maybe after the renovation I might have a better experience. No, I have been twice since and every time I have to repeat my order at least 3 times because the people you have in the drive through and inside barely speak English. This is the most frustrating and unfair customer service, I will be making everyone I know aware of this BK, it is so disappointing. Maybe if I learn Spanish I will be able to get a correct order. If your going to have only Hispanic workers at your burger king, at least put someone that speaks English fluently in a customer service line. Welcome to Texas, where you need to learn Spanish if you want fast food.

It happens sometime when a Hispanic has a thick accent when they talk. I don,t mind at all inside the store; but I myself drove off when I couldn't understand the person taking the order over that microphone outside .

Why in the world would you as a manager put someone hard to understand on microphone where you cannot see them or another gripe on a telephone answering phone calls . I understand your gripe .

Burger King Stinks

My wife went to the BK drive through and ordered two Breakfast Cresandwiches w/ ham. When she arrived home we discovered there was no egg in both. We're talking bread, egg, ham and cheese for a "breakfast" sandwich, not exactly rocket science. I phoned BK's customer complaint line and told the BK rep about this. He asked for our ticket number, name address ect. After giving him this info he apologized and said we'd be receiving a letter in the mail. It's been three weeks and we've received zero.. Not only did these incompetents take our money for substandard food, but they wasted more of our time and don't appear to be the least bit concerned.

Burger King employee negligence

I began working at the Burger King on 2222 Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway, Des Moines, Iowa in February 2012. I was dedicated and hardworking. After 7 months, they promoted me into management. I took the position thinking it was a good idea. Thing was, the DM, Tina Hoover, didn't put forth any effort whatsoever into training me. Nor did she care because she was "too impatient." She didn't want to send me to another store where there was a manager who specializes in training prospective managers. I am never working there again. Also, I suggest anyone to look for a better job before considering employment at Burger King.

Burger King review in Lee's Summit, Missouri: Bad attitude and no service

Went to glendale wisconsin bk at 11:07 tonight. Lot was dark. I saw no cars or people. Tried the drive thru. No answer. There was a car at window however. I asked if they were open? The girl said yes but you were too fast at drive thru. I said can i order and the woman stated yelling at me. I wont take abuse and i left. What a ghetto poor nasty aggressive employee. I wantef to order and she wantex a fight. This burger king is terrible. Hope this nasty girl gets what she deserves. She suck a lot
