Inaccurate order

Today at the BK at Macomb Mall in Roseville MI, I ordered "2 for $10" Impossible meals. I ordered both with cheese, lettuce, onion and tomato. I specified that I was neither mustard, ketchup or mayo. One can accurately but the other had ketchup, mustard, onion and pickle but not any lettuce or tomato. I felt intimidated and was scared about the prospect of directly complaining. Burger King - LOUSY SERVICE

The B.K. at 1201 W.

Main Street in Mesa, AZ consistently provides lousy service. They are as slow as molasses and leave drive-through customers unattended for long periods of time. When they say, "I'll be right with you", they mean they will leave you sitting endlessly until you get fed up and say, "HELLO!" They hardly ever offer a receipt, and although I asked for one at today's visit, the last digit of the store number is illegible so I can't even fill out the survey. Also, it seems B.K.

has outlawed napkins, because I almost never receive napkins with my order. In addition, today marks at least two weeks that their Minute Maid Frozen Lemonade machine has been out of order. Someone needs to get their #&^# together and address the issues at this store. You can look online and see the lousy reviews.

I've been known to travel several miles out of my way to visit the B.K.

at Brown and Mesa Drive to get good service and consistently good food, but I shouldn't have to do that, especially with gas prices they way they are. Please fix this B.K.!!!

Ordered a fish sandwich meal through the drive through an when I got home there was no fish in the bun. Called the store at ridge mint and Harper in st Clair shores and was told they couldnt do anything.

I've not heard from Burger King.

I was disappointed in the length of time it takes to get through the drive-thru when the store is empty. Wanted to make corporate aware of the issue because I do not want to see Burger King close this store because of lack of revenue. Other fast food places are doing well, but BK not so much now. Just thought BK Corp would like to know and maybe lend a hand at this store. Not wanting to criticize just wanting to see BK do well in our market so the store will stay open.

I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 chicken sandwiches with cheese and paid $1.60 for the cheese, but didn't get the cheese on it! Fortunately I wasn't to far away so I turned around and went back! The girl acted like I was making too big a deal out of it, like I was bothering her with such a trivial thing! The drive thru was a very slow process, even though I saw 5 employees in there standing around, most of them were on their cell phones and acted as if the customers were a bother to them!

I went to Burger King in mariposa and I had to wait 20 min. For my order I was told pull up and we will bring your order to u so I did just that then the employee tried saying I could not find u it's like they don't pay attention to there customers when there finally found us she welled at us it was not r fault she didn't look and see what color the vehicle is she I'm my opinion needs to be fired did I mention that they let5 odreds go out and we were still waiting on r food the employee that yelled at us should be fired

Bad communication w/BK manager

Today (9/1/22 at approximately 3:00 pm) I tried to place an order thru the drive-thru at the BK located at 394 N Litchfield Rd, Goodyear, AZ. I was asked to wait a moment to place my order that ended up being over 10 minutes.

Tried to order $6 Your Way Meal only to be told it was no longer available in spite of it being on the menu board. Asked why it was still shown on the board & was told they couldn't update the board. I then tried to order something else but never got a response. Went to drive up window only to be ignored.

Parked & went inside & was ignored again by the manager completing 3 drive thru orders (although refused to serve me) & 2 inside orders. And this was the MANAGER that treated me like I didn't exist. Supposedly only she & the cook were working (short staffed). If that was the case, the inside eating area should have been closed for business & only use the drive thru (I've had that happen at McDonald's in the past).

NOT happy w/my treatment at this location & probably won't be coming back. I believe this manager needs to be re-trained in the "art" of handling customer issues.

My sandwich bacon egg and Cheese melt was hot but the bread was turned around backwards on the other side like it hadnt beans toasted on top of that the sandwich is too salty . When I went back around this particular cashier had an attitude and I guess the manager or whoever she was came over and roughly explained the situation the made another one that wasnt hit nor was the cheese even melted !!!

Customer complaint

I placed my order through the drive through and when I got to the window she told me 7.21 I paid with a 20.00 bill. The girl gave me 12.00 dollars back and closed the window.

I had to know on the window to get her attention to let her know she owed me .79 cents. She then told me they did not have any change, I replied well then give me a dollar back because I did not feel I should have give away money. She went and got a manager and he decided to give me my 20.00 back. I told him I still wanted my order and he told me to pull and they would bring it to me.

During my 36min wait I call corporate customer service, and my employer (the order was for my pregnant boss) Finally someone came out and took my order again and then I had to wait another 22 mins. during this wait I called inside the store asked for the manager, and he proceeded to tell me I could not get my order free. I went from 0 to 10 I told him I never asked for my money back and I maintained I needed the order. I told him that it was awful how I was treated and they should have had a sign up asking for exact change.

This ordeal was terrible and I finally received the order and told my boss to pray over her food and to never send me to that burger king again.

located in Cordova Tn on Germantown rd. Oh I never received a receipt with the order so I have not receipt to submit.

If you got a dollar back, you are stealing 29 cents from them. This is a business, not a soup kitchen.

They do not give out free food. You may not have asked for your money back, but you had no issue taking it back and demanding that you get your meal still, without paying for it.

Where do you work? Maybe someone needs to go to your place of work and harass you and give you a hard time.

Burger King refuses to call me back they also refused to talk to me it's been almost this should be ashamed of themselves

On May 30th 2022 I went to the local Burger King and got two burgers I drove 5 minutes away and discovered that they were not warm or cold they were like they've been left in the garbage upon opening them they smelled horribly my pitbull would not even touch them favorite rancid I believe they were pulled out of the garbage which I've seen the manager do to people in the Drive-Thru I immediately called Burger King corporate and filed a complaint they said they would get back to me in 5 days it's been close to 90 days now each time I call they tell me the same old thing they promised someone will call me back I have never had someone call me back ever they gave me a $15 coupon in which in order to use I have to spend over $15 I'm not spending another penny at this place I've called numerous times with nothing I've asked for managers they won't transfer me I've asked for corporate numbers they won't give it to me I've asked for someone to call me back nobody ever calls me back it almost 90 days now I'm so sick of Burger King and their corporate BS I promise I promise they're going to call back I promise to come they never call me back they never call me back I hate Burger King I hate their corporation they don't give a *** about their customers at all I was handed food out of the garbage and now they want me to spend more money don't need it this place it's nasty filthy I've seen employees wipe your nose as they're cooking it's disgusting

I have always have gotten credit card from Burger King for Christmas stocking stuffers and this year so far nobody can give me information if Burger King will have those available.
