Burger King review in Hinesville, Georgia: The worst customer service and prepared food..

Its nowhere I will ever spend my money again. Being a business owner myself I would close the doors if thats the staff I had!!!! Enough said.. Its making me write. More to post. So let's start with speaker on drive thru is way to loud so I kindly asked the young lady to turn it down.. she rudely over talked 3 times saying WHAT DO U WANT TO DRINK WITH YOUR MEALS!!! I polity drove to the window and as I drove up she comes to the window and Saya NO U DIDNT!! KNOW SIR YOU CAN GET TO THE BACK OF THE LINE AND WE WILL TRY THIS AGAIN+!! I said a few things to her and she eventually lightened up.. So tonight me and my wife try it again. . Lol... Big mistake.. I wore half pf my ice cream cause when I went to open it she had filled it to the top of the round cylinder top and it oooozzzzeeeeedddd everywhere allover my clothes and leather seats!!! And all this I believe was done on purpose same girl same bad attitude. .

Of course being a business owner you are an expert. If you were such an expert you wouldn't have "politely" drove up to the window before completing you order.

Of course as you stated you "polity" drove up to the window. I have never heard a speaker at a drive through that was too loud, most of the time you can't hardly hear them. She might not have had to talk over you, if you had kept your mouth shut and just told her what you wanted instead of complaining about the speaker volume.

I'm sure the things you said to were weren't nice enough to get her to lighten up.

Burger King review in San Diego, California: Contacting Corporate offices online about a claim

My son was hurt at a BurgerKing when he was younger, he's ,now, almost eighteen and wants to contact BurgerKing about the settlement that he'll be able to claim when he turns eighteen. I need information on how to contact them, so we can initiate the process required to get my son his compensation claim. I've looked online for this information and it turned out to be nothing but a big run around. I did, however, get the corporate number, but I'd rather contact them on-line as that is more convient and practical for me since I spend a lot of time on line. Thank you for any help in ths matter.

Forget about your convenience and get off line for this. However, I bet you won't be able to do anything about it, until he turns 18 and can handle this on his own. You seem awfully anxious to get the settlement.

Maybe the cashier was NEW. When I was new at my job, some people were so inpatient like you were. Be patient and be nice.

And meal was not on tray correctly? What are you, a Queen? Like come on. What does fries being a certain way have to do with anything? Oh no, it's sideways! -_-

And your child shouldn't be touching what isn;t his.

I WAS SO HUNGRY FOR A FISH SANDWICH I WENT TO BURGERKING ON MY LAST BIT OF GAS I ORDERED A BIG FIsH MEAL I DROVE ALL THE WAY HOME TO OPEN A chicken sandwich i imstantly felt sick this not what i ordered at all i had to go to the has station put more gas to go back over there to get a refund thi is not what i eantes anymore. When i alked in there was another woman complaining about she jad reveived the wrong ordet to the cashier called someone on the phone and they ordered her not to give us our money but more food i left with the number but im going back for my money in the morning.

When you order take out, check the order before leaving the site. Furthermore if you only have a limited amount of gas for your car, why not eat at home instead of having take out?

I think you you are just trying to get free food, via reimbursement. This is your fault for not checking the order while on site.

I purchesed a 10pc ck.nuggets for my daughter, when we got home, my daughter complained that some of the nuggets were stuck together and when she pulled them apart they were raw in the center, as i did not want to drive all the way back to BK to return this under cooked food, I decided to call the phone# on the top of the receipt, (617-354-2375),the only one who picked up the phone was a fax machine., at this time I decided to make a complaint via the back of the receipt!(www.mybkexperience.com), at this BK web site I was asked the store#(307),state and city(cambridge , ma), after entering that information the BK site told me that they have all the data they need from that location,that's it!(DID NOT EVEN TAKE COMPLAINT!)WHAT THE *** R U DOING PRINTING ON THE BACK OF ALL YOUR RECEIPTS TO ASK ABOUT A BK EXPERIENCE, AND IT CAN'T BE DONE!, I guess the old fasion way, A letter to BK corp.HQ is the only way, also I hope my daughter don't get sick from the under cooked nuggets.

Burger King review in Phoenix, Arizona: Fraud advertising

Twice I went into the Wickenburg Burger King with coupons saying two chicken sandwiches for $4.99. Both times they over charged me by 40 or 50 cents. When I questioned them they gave me some lame excuse about the computer. They would not give me the change back, nor offer any discount. Imagine how much money someone would make if they keep 50 cents everytime a customer comes in with the coupon. Their excuse did not satisfy me and it was obvious they did not care. Looks like fraud to me and should be investigated. I will not do business with Bk ever again.

I ordered a grilled chicken wrap what I got was a mess in a bag thrown in and leaking. In the dark of my truck I raised it to eat while driving and got a mess in my lap... AND NO CASH REGISTER RECEIPT ! I DON"T EVEN HAVE A NAME TO COMPLAIN ABOUT ! The woman was fat and slow very slow the truck in front of me took 12 mins at the order speaker and 7 mins at the kitchen drive up window. NO ONE DID ANYTHING to EXPEDITE~HIS~ORDER and the 8 cars that assembled behind me in line during that slow service employee.
