Overcharge

Your commercials advertise a five dollar Burger King special burger, fries, chicken and drink supposed be five dollars the Carteret Burger King charge me $6, I asked why he said thats what we charge. Not happy about that

Burlington BK seems to have an issue with their employees and providing good customer service. The manager Michelle hung up on my son because he called in to get our order straightened out. There wasn't just one mistake there were several mistakes on this border due to employee carelessness. This could have been resolved had a cashier tried to pretend to be management had apologized for the I convenience of having to run back up to the restaurant to get half our order replaced including drinks.

User's recommendation: Do not order from this BK. Terrible customer service...food was awful drinks were very bad. Three cokes were carbonated water. Kids meal was a joke forgot the toy the milk and fries. Absolutely a mess.

I went to the Burger King just passed Swannsborough North Carolina on the left managers and theres a lady on front counter very very rude wouldnt let me use my receipt for free whopper and I explain to her I took the survey I even show her the receipt to top it off the store was dirty. Now the Burger King in Morehead city North Carolina even worse ghetto fabulous crewmembers rude they would even let me use my points as well that stores most definitely more dirtier than the first one I mention Ive been a BK fan customer for many many many years and Im 52 years old now Im done due to the stupidity unprofessionalism of these two stores and employees managers would even resolve and talk to me

My order was wrong

Part of my order was two American original chicken sandwiches plain with cheese only and they had everything on it and tons of mayonnaise. My wife refused to eat it. I also ordered an 8-piece chicken nugget. And that wasn't in the bag. I don't have time to go back to the store. So I called. They First picked up the phone and hung up on me. So I called back and they put me on hold for 9 minutes and 43 seconds and then they hung up on me again.

I was not given the correct change.

I went to the drive thru this evening & ordered a double stack. I didn't realize until I got home that I didn't receive the correct change. I called & the woman that I spoke to was very rude & not helpful. She asked if I had the receipt & guess what...it wasn't in the bag. I told her I felt I was ripped off & she hung up on me. Her attitude was "tough luck". I was not nasty or yelling. I gave her a $20.00 bill & I received $5.00 & change. I've lived in this area over 20 years & frequent your store often. The store is located at 1998 S. Kipling Pkwy, Lakewood, CO 80227

Customer service complaint

A manager with burger king that has hair sticks 12 in off his head. Touching his hair standing back next to the people that prepare food then do it again at the front counter joking with employees touching his hair all the time.. he doesn't wear hair net or a hat.
