The owner is at fault here. He doesn't order enough stock, lets the machines break down and doesn't fix them right away, and doesn't have adequate staff to handle crowds!

Burger King review in Phoenix, Arizona: "Free" buger doe not mean free
Why does Burger King give a receipt that says a "FREE" burger but then in small print says you have buy a drink and a side? Really?? That is not free. It's more expensive.

Burger King review in Havertown, Pennsylvania: Short and cold
Cold food, missing nuggets, soda machine barely works, smells, dirty tables, unprofessional staff shouting. It's kaotic unpleasant experience especially when eating.
