I here at your burger king sick with a horrible manager

The manager here at Burger King on Rt 130, Pennsauken, NJ ,was very mean to me. His name is Kyle. I brought an impossible whooper and it was making me sick. The tomatoes were bad. When I showed him he did not care. He would not give me my money back. The customers were upset with him for being so rude to me. I left there in tears. It was wrong. The worse customer service ever. He needs to be retrained on how to treat customers. I work for a news station. I am going to bring this experience up if Burger King doesn't offer me an apology for this horrible person. Thank you.

Manager unprofessional very rude through drive-thru.

Took my order on drive thru while taking a other order inside.

An make me repeat my order with no apology and just very rude saying repeat your order again cuz I was helping another customer.

Took forever to get my food at drive thru.

While ask for 1bbq she responded rude will I'll have to charge you since you didn't order chicken strips.

Wow I wouldn't mind to pay for one bbq but in a rude tone like if I didn't pay for my meals or not a frequent customer. I guess this is how we get a Thank you for wasting our money to a fastfood place that didn't welcome or greet customer.

Oh an she never gave me a receipt till I asked her for it and she gave it to me in a rude way which receipt is really hard to read.

Very disappointed.

Sat at driver app for 10 minutes, at least waiting for our order when it finally came missing Frys customer service was not good person at window. It was rude. No receipt was given.

I had a horrible experience at the Burger King in Cranston Rhode Island

We waited and waited for our food, and my son went up there to ask him where the food was and they said we called your name and we bagged it well they didnt called it a name or they called the wrong name and then I went back up there and explain to them. This food is cold that we would want warm food and the manager came onto our table and slapped money and said heres your money. I responded by going back there and ask her. Where is the food and she said we dont. Were not serving you. We had a witness a lady that was sitting there, watching these workers at this restaurant how they treated us

I was at the burger king on East market in Akron Ohio I stood in line for 15 min there was nobody in line but me an my wife 2-3 cars in the drive threw by the time I got my food everything was cold I called an complained the manager said she would refund my order I go in a couple days later to get my refund she seen how much my order was now says that I told her I only had 2 items which I never did she seen the totalthen refused to refund my order but said she would replace it but then said she wouldn't refund d my drinks or milk shakes now this is unexceptable from a manager not only did she recuse to do what she said but then tried to lie about what I said I had ordered when I had my reciept an showed her she was in professional an told me I was a lier about what I ordered I just want refund for what I paid for or the very least my whole order replaced not what she chooses to replace

Burger King - Restaurant experience

A woman working at the Sulphur Springs one on Shannon Rd was in a pink bandana, bootie shorts and a regular t-shirt. She had a little girl, hers, in the waiting area alone, screaming the whole time as her mother was screaming back at her!

We were the only customers in the store, two of us! The manager was a huge woman who said to the little girl, you can have an ice cream when I get off work. I then ordered an ice cream for myself, it was nasty! I told the manager that I should not have to listen to that as I have worked all day and just wanted something to eat!

She said sorry, that was it. The mom came out and said sorry to my husband as we were leaving!

I am super upset about this experience, and no one either at Sulphur Springs or corporate will answer the phone!
