Me and my husband went to Burger King last night to water those no grilled hot dogs that came out this is how they gave me the order I felt like throwing up I love Burger King but if they don't fix this I don't think me and my husband will be able to go back

I just ordered 2 chile cheese hotdogs from Burger King. Instead of those I received 2 dogs with onion and relish. The hot dogs were cold and dry besides being wrong order. Of course it was dive thru and we were 6 miles away before realizing the errors.

I went to Burger King in Stafford Texas store number 17336 on West Airport at 11:04 p.m. no one else was in line. I ordered two original chicken sandwichs with heavy mayo. I went back to my job to eat them one had heavy mayo the other was plain. I'm amazed that they can't get one order right with one customer in line. BK sucks.

No response to my complaint on the Burger King website nor a call from the manager of the location, what a surprise! I won't go there again, and neither should you unless you want someone to steal your money!

Burger King review in Clermont, Florida: Cold food and very poor service
we go to a burger king located on us 27 in Clermont fl. and the food is always cold and the inside service is terrible and I don't know why they can't get this problem solved at this location. I just requested another refund from there corporate office. I am not sure whether this is a corporate store or a franchise operation but it is by far the worst burger king restaurant in the area and it needs some very serious mgmt. and employee training to get this problem solved.

Burger King review in Saint Clair Shores, Michigan: Poor service
The Burger King on Harper Rd(Saint Clair Shores,Mich) between 10 mile rd and 9 mile rd has 2 drive thru lanes. I was there on Friday 2/19/2016 at around 6:00 in the afternoon and they waited on 2 other cars before mine. I think this problem needs to be addressed with the employee that was working at the drive thru at that time. They lost me for a purchase as a result of this. My email address is duveman23@yahoo.com.

Didn't it dawn on you that you could have pulled yourself out of your car and walked inside to order? Difficult, I know but it is what it is.
If I wanted to go in the store it would have been very difficult with a partially torn hamstring on my leg.
