Complaint.... I keep trying and this last time takes the cake..

So I havent spoken to u guys thinking yall were Burger King officially And then I spoke to Burger King theirselves, and bk told me they would contact me within 48 hours. I had nothing. Im over it, they cant even email me or contact me like they say, they sure dont seem like they are going to change what they are doing wrong

At your store located at 1033 Farmington Ave. Bristol CT I have had many times where the people dont talk loud enough at the drive thru for you to even hear them. My son went through the drive thru tonight &;;;;;;;;;; couldnt hear them, then just drove up to the window & they STILL wouldnt talk loud enough for him to hear them so he drove off. These workers complain that they want $15/hr...how about you take the marbles out of your mouth & speak up!! Earn that $15/hr. These people need to be retrained in CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Dispute over the number of cheese slices in Backon King

Everyone knows Bacon King comes with 4 slices of cheese; but yesterday I had an issue at burger king about this. I ordered backon King and when I opened it, it had only 2 slices of cheese in it. I asked the manager to add 4 slices, but he was a racist and very arrogant. He argued Backon King comes with only 2 slices of cheese and he walked away shutting the window on to my face. His name is Mathe i guess. He is such an awful associate to be worked at the great burger king. This issue happened at the 1540 butterfield road,downers grove,IL

Honey I just researched the Bacon King, and it comes with two slices not four. Check again before accusing them or racism.

Also what is this accusing of racism based on? Because you are a certain race and he is another.

Also since you get the same number of slices if you are white, black, Martian green, this is not racism. It would only be racism if a certain race gets four slices and others get two. NO matter what color your skin is you only get two slices.

Nope liar, the burger only comes with 2 slices of bacon. Imagine throwing a big deal over two slices of bacon when there are starving people in the world. Sigh, first world issues.

Burger King - Poor service
Went to your store at Lockwood Ridge Road and SR. 70 in Bradenton, Fl., and after waiting in line for 12 minutes (With only one car in front) finally received my order, but, after driving away and checking order, I only received half of what we ordered ! This is my 5th. complaint, and last, as this store should be shut down. Incompetent management and employees. It is too bad, cause the food is good, and the next nearest store is 3 miles from this one.

1 month ago i went thru the drive thru at the livingston ,Tn location and seen on the speaker an advertisement of 2 for 6 chicken sandwiches . I went to order them and the guy said they are not 2 for 6 i told them that the sign says they are and he told me i wasnt reading it correctly after about 3 minutes of being called a liar i asked for them to come to the menu to show me how to read . They sent someone out and he seen it and said oh well your reading correctly but we dont go by that . That corporate has controls over changing it out and they havent done it . I told him maybe he should put something out there telling people that its not something they are offering and he said well we told you so you can go ahead with your order but you cant get a chicken sandwich for 2 for 6 . I said ok .. i go often so the next couple times i went they didnt have that turned on so i thought ok thats better . Then tonight my boyfriend goes thru and seen the sign and tried to order them and he said they were rude to him saying that corporate should take it down so they didnt have to deal with the complaints that if there was a problem to contact them . He told them they should have to honor it instead of being rude . But continue to say not their problem . So my thought is if its no longer on sale whoever should have to take it down but if its advertised still it should be honored . The rudeness has gotten terrible in there that i will drive 25 miles out of the way to another burger king in another county before dropping another dime in there. So please if you at corporate have controls over the advertisments at the speaker could you try to keep them updated . Customers look at the deals and when they see those popping up they think that is what is on sale now not 3 months ago.

Managers are rude and discusseding

For the last few Saturdays went there for 4 biscuit breakfast sandwiches and they only have 3. Why is it the samething every weekend. When I was trying to get an answer they told me not to come back. It's like it's my fault they don't have biscuits. Very rude indeed.

Unhappy with service and product

I have ordered the impossible whopper before and at the location near my old house in Rancho Cucamonga CA they never put Mayo on it so I didnt know it even was suppose to come with Mayo. So last night o went to order impossible burgers and to my surprise and dismay they came with Mayo so I had to drive back to the store were the manager told me my experiences werent my passed experiences that it always does come with Mayo and its standard and I may not have seen the Mayo but it was there. I insisted on the past orders it wasnt because I super hardcore look for that due to being vegan I always check. So I was unhappy with the San Bernardino location for that type of service and on goor of that the number to the location didnt work. I was trying to call and call but it wouldnt go through. She did end up remaking the burger but she kept insisting her family works at all the other locations she knows they are ran the same and I was wrong about my past experiences which I didnt appreciate or like. Thats not customer service. You were there during those times u can only be accountable and speak of the times you were there, and you werent so you cant tel me what experiences I had or didnt have or how my food was or wasnt at those times. 205 E Redlands blvd San Bernardino CA 92408
