Loss of favorite menu item

Well, you have done it again. I thought loosing the $1 bacon burger was terrible, now you have gotten rid of the strawberry sundae ! Two years ago I would go shopping with my wife & look forward to going to your restaurant. I would even would take a book along, but thinking 2 Bacon burgers & a strawberry sundae. I have replaced the Bacon burgers with 2 hamburgers & a strawberry sundae. (I HATE mustard). But now you have gotten rid of the strawberry sundae ! & now you are like your competitor - I DON"T GO THERE ! NOT HAPPY (in central N.Y.)

Poor service at all levels

Ordered a tendergrill sandwich, Red Velvet Shake, and Med. Fries. When I got it home there was one piece of lettuce about the size of a quarter (I have a photo), No straw, and the fries were only half full. I tried to call the store to let them know, and there was no answer. I then called the manager # on the top of the receipt and Jose answered with the greeting of Yeah. I proceeded to tell him that there was no answer at the location and he questioned me. His response was "Are you Sure?, What number did you dial?, I don't believe that!" I was astonished that he was questioning me. I said excuse me and he then stated oh he was talking to someone else. I then try to fill out a survey online and it tells me I am unable to. I now am calling customer service and am getting a recording that customer service is 9am - 5pm M-F (est). It is past 9am eastern time. Get it together BK

The guy was to busy talking on his cell to take my order. Long wait, finally got to window, Girl said he never entered my order. Won't ever go back, I told her he must have left his brain at home and I drove away!

Hostile Manager

Hello, usually I don't have any problems out of this restaurant. But today was an eye opener for bad service and how SOME PEOPLE should not be in management and in this case I feel he should be demoted if not FIRED. Lucky for him it is not my decision. I went to the Rogers, Arkansas Burger King on 8th street at about 4:45 pm. Ordered two dollar menu burgers and dollar menu fries for my daughter. I was interested in the chicken fries, never tried them before so I ordered them. We got our order then I dropped my daughter of at work across the street. I tried the chicken fries and found them stale, hard and way to salty. I drove right back across the street and politely asked for them to give me something else. I only ate one and they were gross. I get to the window and had a rather snotty employee ask what the problem was. I told her they were stale, salty and hard. "We don't put salt on them." "I understand that I said but the batter is very salty and they are stale and hard like they have been deep fried a couple of times." She says, I have to talk to my manager. I told her, I just want something else please. She comes back and says to me. I told my boss you did not like the breading and he said he was NOT going to replace them and if I wanted anything else I would have to pay. Now I am not very happy, her attitude was snotty. I said, "This is ridiculous! I just want something else WHO is your manager?" "Cory is my manager but I will go ahead and give you something else." With a nasty look she stood waiting for me to decide. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger from the dollar menu. She just handed it to me. I gave her the chicken fries and asked her to give them to CORY. She just rolled her eyes and threw them in the trash. Now I know the head manager there, his name is Nick. I will be going down to the store to personally let him know how rude Cory and the girl at the window was . Weather it will do any good or not I have no idea but I am certainly going to do everything in my power to remind these snotty employees that the customer is always right.

Have been a longtime customer of Burger King for many years now, at least 3-4 visits every week. Today was the LAST time I will EVER patronize Burger King, I paid good money for 2 orders of fries that were cold and soggy, not even edible, and 2 Original Chicken Sandwiches which were served on VERY STALE buns with the chicken hardly even cooked.

I KNOW what the OCS is supposed to taste like, I've eaten hundreds of them every year. These 2 sandwiches even smelled terrible! This was absolutely the most disgusting PIGSLOP FOOD that I have ever tasted in my life!! Also, the dining area of this BK (#6288) was absolutely filthy, dried ketchup splattered all over the wall which had obviously been there a very long time.

I ended up barely even eating half of one sandwich, and took all the rest of my order, including the cold fries, outside with me and gave it to the pigeons so the money I spent wouldn't be a total loss. Burger King now seems to only hire illegal aliens as employees, and they speak and understand very little english AT ALL! To make matters even worse, their 'mybkexperience' website is a fraud, it asks you to enter the survey code number, but only accepts codes that are 19 characters long, my receipt from today has a code which is 20 characters in length and it will NOT accept my valid survey code.

To *** with this EVIL CORPORATION and their ripoff pigslop so-called "food". I am absolutely DONE with Burger King and will never return to one again in my lifetime!!

Store # 11693/ food had a perfumey smell and taste. Fries were over salty and soda had weird flavor..almost a chemical taste. Not happy. Wont go back. Lost me as a customer.

I went to the BK in Deer Run in Midlothian Va and just want to say that Cedric was very professional. At most drive thrus customers are pushed thru and you dont really feel like you are important. Cedric looked me in the eye ( instead of looking around while talking to me). He called me ma'am and apologized for waiting (all of 1 minute). He was a true gent and I think he will go far in the customer service business. Also he asked me of I want condiments and he remembered to put everything in bag. (Straw, napkins etc.) I enjoyed the experience and left there feeling good. Just thought I would write this cuz these kids who do a good job usually don't get noticed.

I came in to place my very simple order and the cashier acted as if she were deaf which irritated me. I had to repeat myself several times with every simple request. As I waited for my smoothie the flies began hitting my face repeatedly, further agitating me. When I finally got the smoothie it wasn't thoroughly mixed and it had smoothie all on the side of the cup. Looking very unappetizing and unappealing. Furthermore, I ordered a medium , it looked small. I was afraid to consume anything coming from the restaurant at this point, since the flies way out numbered the employees. When I asked for a refund because of the flies, there was no apology or any sort of compassion shown for the inconvenience by the cashier or the manager that gave the refund. It was an attitude of disdain. It was like Oh well. As if to say, well what ever, it was JUST $3.39 anyway. And as a matter of fact, when the cashier called the manager up to the front she said, verbatim: " Oh, I need a void and it's no rush, you can come when ever you're ready." As if to say my [the customer]'s time didn't matter and was unimportant. I could just wait until "when ever (he) was ready". Thankfully though, he did come right away but he was extremely unapologetic as well and downright blasé about the whole thing. They tried to make me feel as' unquality 'as their customer service, hygiene, fly population, and product presentation. It is quite unfortunate because I used to customarily enjoy hamburgers and a plethora of other products for me and my rather large and growing family from other Burger Kings. However, this experience has thwarted my interest in dining at any and all Burger Kings. It made me want to pass the word to my family, friends, Twitter, Facebook and such like. However, I decided to first take this survey and give the higher ups an opportunity to rectify the matter. As I am quite aware that this one store can't possibly embody the quality practices of all BK's. Thanks to my open mindedness and objective nature, I have decided at this time to simply report and make the higher ups aware that this store #4511 is greatly tarnishing the standard of all around quality I had previously known Burger Kings to have. I am a writer by trade, college educated, so I am more than aware of my capabilities. However, as I've stated, I've chosen to give the opportunity to rectify this matter by informing the higher ups. I trust this matter will be resolved in a most expeditious fashion as I have taken out valuable time to be thorough in my complaint. And quite frankly, these flies are a real cause of concern health wise to customers left unaware that actually purchase and consume from this location. It is my civic duty to let you know that it is only a matter of time before someone gets sick from eating fly droppings. Something has to be done quickly. And the complacency with which the matter was handled at the store, assures me that management and this cashier are not the ones suitable for the job of proactively finding resolutions to resolve the problem on their own. They seemed quite uninterested in being there, and quite frankly entertained by my blatant disgust. As if it were a break in the monotony they feel working there.
